Netspend

Today i tried to reload my NETSPEND card at the check cashing store. They said they dont do business with NETSPEND anymore and offered a new type of VISA debit card I think it was called Memorial or something like that. You pay $10/month and all transactions are free after that including reload, atm etc etc Anyone ever heard of this and do casinos take it?

I can still use my Netspend except that now I have to reload it via Moneygram. I also use a new one called Upside. It's way cheaper than NS but you have to buy GreenDot packs to reload it.

Does anyone recognize this" speciality retail store"? Well, as soon as I reloaded netspend yesterday it was taken out by this retail firm so be on the look out I wrote netspend disputing the charge , but if nothing can be done fortunately its only 100 bucks. What'ss interesting, they took out the exact amout I deposited.. I had a debit there $3.03 and after the transaction its the same amount
