NetEnt games on Trada

I am looking to branch out to a new casino and after reading all the praise here for Trada, I decide to give them a go and make a deposit. I discover I am blocked from playing NetEnt games. I sent a message to customer support asking why. This was their response:

"Unfortunately Canadian players cannot play Netent games, due to legislation I believe."​

Now, I know this is not true but I didn't see any benefit to arguing with CS. Netent has re-entered the Canadian market and I can play their games on several other casinos - Videoslots, Rizk, LeoVegas, Casumo, to name a few.

Perhaps a rep for @TradaCasino can shed some light on this? Why are Canadians blocked from NetEnt games on Trada?

Some games are still blocked for us on n1 casino for some reason while we can play other netent slots.

Bizarre. I wonder why some games and not others? I just checked on Trada and all NetEnt games are blocked for me.

I asked @Conor@Trada about this over a month ago and he said this quote on quote...

Regarding NetEnt, we won't be able to offer it to Canadians just yet as we do not have a Canadian Operators License. When we saw the thread with NetEnt available at Videoslots etc, we chased NetEnt and our legal team, and both have basically said no.

So basically, they have some work to do before Canadians can play Netent on Trada

From our understanding, the above is still correct, but we are still looking into it how we can get all NetEnt games live for our Canadian players.
