Question Neteller withdraw, Quick question.

I have a quick question with playbet24 neteller withdraw, support didnt answer, so im asking here.

I won 100 euro from a no deposit 10 euro and want to withdraw, so i choose Neteller and now i need to write something in the field "Konto" which is Account in english. So what do i need put in there? My neteller account ID, which has 12 numbers?

yes you would put your 12 digit neteller account in that box, only thing is if it was a no deposit bonus you won from and haven't deposited before using neteller then they might not payout to it till a deposit has been made to verify your neteller account with them

Thanks for the quick response. Are you sure i need to put in the 12 numbers? im not sure if i need to deposit with neteller, becouse if i click on Skrill (moneybookers) the system says i need to deposit, but not on neteller, so i want just try...

Again, are u sure its the 12 numbers? Can they know its my account then and send it to it? Thanks

when I withdraw to my neteller account its always to the 12 digit code that I have to enter, but ive never withdrew to it from any site without first having made a deposit with it , tried once at a site id not deposited at when signed up and won and they refused the withdrawal and I had to then withdraw through a bank transfer, but no harm you trying and yes im sure its the 12 digit code you enter

I've never actually come across Playbet24. had a look at their site and they only seem to have a handful of games and none I can recognise.

i think they are using KGR Entertaiment software. The games are very high variance, very hard to get bonus rounds, but it can pay very good.

i think i cashed out on wednesday and got the money on sunday evening. i did not have to deposit for the neteller withdraw. just write some emails every day and ask for the withdraw and you will get it ^^.

That is not good enough. Having to hassle the casino for something that should be done promptly and routinely. 4 days for a Neteller w/d is p!ss-poor IMO. Although they did pay you for a ND chip without a deposit which is a good sign I suppose.
