Tips Neteller & Skrill Withdrawn from William Hill

Yep. It's not just the player fees but the fact those two payment methods are almost exclusively used by organized gangs of bonus-abusers and collaborators in the UK.

I am a little skeptical.

It seems to me that there must be other reasons?

But after all, yes. This may be enough to motivate William Hill to withdraw these deposit and withdrawal methods.

Well they want to do faster payments then! not a happy bunny, Neteller do just the same if not more of an i.d check than they do!

Ok they still do paysafecard which a) owns Neteller & Skrill, and b) needs no i.d check whatsoever!

Fed up of double standards when they only people they actually affect are the every day player and not the criminal masterminds they supposedly targeting!

What I can't understand is how Neteller and Skrill (owned by PaySafe) have not been able to curb the fraud on their platform. With their access to customer data across their wallets and credit card processing, they should easily have been able to identify syndicates or individuals who are colluding to abuse gaming operators.

By not taking action, they have actually lost millions in revenue as most casinos limit the use of their products for bonus play.

Neteller got a little too big for their boots IMO. Their fees were too high certainly for the smaller operators and all they do is facilitate transfers , there’s much more innovative products (trustly etc) that have come along since and carry lower/fixed fees to operators doing the same thing and yes they should have had their house in order when it came to the fraudsters using their service. I just can’t see them being around in a few years

Both have been banned in Canada for a number of years.

Neteller ceased to serve the Canadian market in 2006 following the passage of US UIEGA.

Skrill is still active in the Canadian market. But they stopped accepting gambling transactions in 2013. Officially, in their terms and conditions, they do not accept transactions for "illegal gambling".

I have never tried to find out since 2013 if they would consider it illegal to play on a gambling site other than government sites like Loto Quebec in Quebec or Play Now in British Columbia.
