Neteller problems ? can someone verify ?

getting below error when trying to log into Neteller and cant deposit either

Neteller decided, without sending an email to those affected, to close the accounts of Dutch citizens by the end of April. I had to find it out for myself as they had failed to send my new Neteller+ prepaid card. The lady I called said that NL will be the only restricted country in the EU. Absolutely horrible service, no further explanation given whatsoever.

Correction, they gave me the wrong information, I have to re-apply for the Mastercard. NL is still good. What a bunch of ignorant f**!!! at customer service. Sorry for the rant, but this is just horrible!
