Yesterday i wanted to deposit in Bet365 with Neteller ( my last deposit was about 8 days ago ), and when i have to pay says the money i have cant use for gambling. This is the fisrt time i have this problem. Any one haved this problem ?

Neteller and Skrill are migrating to a new platform, that can be affected. Or maybe something from a regulatory point of view, where payments are being blocked. I'm not up to date with regulations in Chili, but that can be a reason. Cant really google much as my Spannish is not well developed. I only can say:

Mi Nobmre, Jan - el hombre de tu vida!

Maybe can be affected for the new plataform, i dont thinks is a new regulatory and you cant use the money for gambling but if this it they gone to lose the movement of money in Southamerica. The porpuse to create and account in Neteller is gambling (The prepaid card is not avalaible in Southamerica).
Nice spanish ( Mi nombre es Jan - el hombre de tu vida!)

it depends where the money come from.If someone has transfer you the money and that money comes from credit card and clicked NO for gambling purpose then you wont be able to spend it for gambling only withdraw.

Hi,
I have a similar problem.
In the past I always deposited on Neteller with a debit card and since I had to choose that it's for non-gambling I could not using those funds for gambling purposes.
Somehow I’ve found a way around by transfering those funds to Skrill, and then I was able to use those funds for both gambling and non-gambling.
Migrating to a new platform this become impossible because they have obviously prevented such a procedure.
Does anyone know any other way how I could solve this problem and continue playing?
If it is impossible to solve does anyone know any other deposit options that is available to my country that can be used for gambling purposes.
Thanks a lot.

Well Neteller has always had a tick box when you deposit money into your account. I always make sure to tick the box that says gambling and not the one that says non gambling.

So you perhaps just mistakenly ticked the non gambling box by accident? I do not use neteller anymore due to various issues I had with them and them dealing and fixing those issues in a timely manner, their VIP support is horrendous too and agents are very very incompetent. I now just use paypal in the casinos I play at.. Which is far better and no fees either......

Unfortunately I didnt do that by accident. I cant use my debit card for gambling out of my country I guess.
So I have to choose that option (non-gambling). Then as I say I managed to find a way around. Till month ago.
Now its impossible. At least for me. I tried to transfer funds from Neteller to Skrill but I cant use them for gambling. In the past I could. They change something for sure. I do have a Paypal account but never used it for gambling purpose.
I can try but doubt that I will be able.
Thank you @DreamRJ

The only reason Neteller do this is they use a different merchant code with the card company, and some card companies dont allow gambling transactions, or charge a "cash advance fee" for them.

So if you tick non gambling, Neteller has to be very strict with this.
