Unbelievable!
They are down for maintenance and state the sign in and transaction processing functions are temporarily unavailable. So just everything then.
Thanks for letting me know Neteller so I could work around this, oh you didn't did you.:eek2:
They charge you to upload funds. They charge you to withdraw funds. They charge you when you scratch your arse.
No really they do, a couple of Days ago I noticed a transaction to Neteller on my Bank statement that I never made and no credit showed on my Neteller account.
I checked the history found the amount with a "declined" next to it.

I got in touch and this Guy in chat (though polite) started going on about how I would have to email some department and send in my Bank account statement if I wanted them to look into it for me.
As if they would do me a favour if I jumped through hoops when they had screwed up.
I told him not a chance and either they get it sorted or I would ask my bank to begin a fraud investigation.
The money was in my account pronto but they never contacted me to let me know or gave me a reason as to how it happened or gave me an apology.
Standard for these Guys.
Last Year they locked my account for no reason without notifying me that took an age to sort out as well.
Neteller you are the A*@#hole of the Universe

Rant over.

Ahhh that feels so much better, carry on people :D

EDIT.Whoops wrong thread, mod's please move.

If you sign up at Neteller as a merchant and opt-in to their newsletter, you'll get email notifications as to when their scheduled maintenance start and stop times are. Just an FYI. :D

They have been doing maintenance for at least 18 months or more. Got the start time. Still waiting on the stop time:D:p:D
