Neteller Bank Wire withdrawal delays and non-responsive customer support.

Hi All,

Has anyone ever had any issue with a neteller bank wire withdrawal? I first submitted a withdrawal on 31/10. I had been guaranteed I would receive it within 10 working days even though they didn't process it until the 9th working day.

They wanted proof that I didn't receive the money which I provided. After I heard nothing from them after sending the proof I asked them for proof that they sent it and I asked them for the bank details the payment was sent to so I could confirm they were correct (for some reason when I'm logged in it only shows the last 4 digits of my account) but the help@, payments@ and complaints@ have all stopped replying to my emails.

In the mean time a 2nd withdrawal I had requested 4 days after the first was finally processed this past Saturday even though they knew there were troubles with me receiving the first.

This morning the original withdrawal amount was returned to my neteller account minus the $15 withdrawal fee and a $72 "manual adjustment fee" with no explanation. I called help and was told to,resubmit the withdrawal and I would have within 3 days. I know for a fact this is a lie because they've been waiting 8 or 9 working days to do the others.

I STILL haven't heard from anyone at support, payments or complaints since i asked for the bank details. I triple checked all the details while resubmitting the first withdrawal again today then emailed asking them if I should have submitted the withdrawal again as instructed and if they could let me know the reason the first withdrawal didn't work but of course no reply.

Any advice on what I do to get them to answer my emails and hurry up and give me my money? It's now been 15 days since first withdrawal was requested and a month since I first won the money :mad:

Is there any casino that will allow me to deposit via neteller then if I have a win withdraw via a different method?
 
I don't know of any casino that accepts withdrawals via a different method than the one you used to make the deposit - but in regards to your issues at Neteller (they can really be disgusting), you could file a complaint with the

Using a Net+ Card is much quicker: it allows you to withdraw money at every ATM, EUR 700 max per 24 hours, and this goes up once you've reached a higher VIP level.

They are on Facebook too so send a private message there. I did or I would never have gotten any respons to my emails. Include the reference in the pm.
They owe me some money and I won't get them back. Given up now though.

As Mouche said, get a card. Then you can take out your money whenever you want to or use it shopping.

Trying to use a casino is not a good idea.

I have a Net+ card best thing I ever done. I thought it didn't work one day but that was because I tried to withdraw more than my limit was lol


Sadly though, for us Aussies, the Net + card will be no more on the 25th of November and soon there is some rumblings that online casinos will start to pull out of Aus as well but that's for a different thread.

Yep I'm sure. The interactive gambling act in aus is about to undergo a revision with votes happening this week or next.

The push is to also try and make our isp' block any off shore gambling establishments and to stop incoming bank wires etc.

If you google the act you can find a bit of info. This will be a huge thread here soon I presume about this issue.

The email from neteller to Aussie's is similar to Nate's but there's no mention of it ever coming back at all.

We regret to inform you that as of 25 November 2016, we will no longer offer the Net+ Prepaid MasterCard® service in your country. You will not be able to use your card but your NETELLER Account remains fully functional and your balance is unaffected. You can withdraw funds from your NETELLER Account to your bank account or send money to any other NETELLER user or online business accepting NETELLER.
 
Yeah got the same email i guess countries from eastern Europe are affected by this decision,well lately wasn't so impressed by their service,live chat was gone,they didn't answer to emails so not gona be very sad for them :rolleyes:

aside from that I am really irritated with Neteller at the moment, I am a VIP member and I had an issue last week with a deposit I made into my account via bitcoin which Bit pay confirmed as payed yet Neteller did not credit it, It was almost impossible to get support from VIP support and the normal help desk along with no call backs from them even though I requested about 20 of them, a week later the account was finally credited with the deposit which is too long a wait in my opinion so in anger and frustration I have decided to return to Ecopayz as a solution to the current issues Neteller is having and I have been really impressed so far in that I requested support for an email change and call back for some additional info about my account the email correspondence between myself and eco was quick with mails between us taking place within minuets apart and my call back was received in less than twenty four hours so in terms of better service and professionalism Eco wins hands down also the fees are about the same as Neteller and I can still use my Eco master-card for withdrawals along with the option to even order another card in either British pound of US Dollar so bye bye crappy unprofessional Neteller and Good Golly its good to back ECO Payz :thumbsup:
 
as i have only used my card for ATM withdrawals since 2008, never a need for Bank wire at Neteller.
i am thinking about Ecopayz now, do you go trough the same verifying process as you did with Neteller?
also how about applying for MasterCard can you do that right away after joining up or ?

Trust me you will be happier with the change the only downside to Ecopayz is that they dont have as many casinos offering the payment method compared to Neteller but they offer a lot of other perks that outweigh Netellers offerings such as

multi currency account with ability to transfer between currency's
Your first Eco Master Card is free to you and delivered in roughly 10 days from when the order was placed
support availability 24hrs with a live chat availavble on the site that is available at least 70% of time
fees are roughly the same as Neteller

verification is the same standard as Neteller where you have to submit Proof if Identification and proof of residence once you have fully verified your details which should be done in roughly 24 to 48 hours during buisness days you will be able to place your order for your prepaid Master card

Hmmm Australian player here and a 2k withdrawal from Vegas Palms from the 12th via swift says its been processed almost a week ago and still do not see the funds in my bank account.
I have tried to message them but keep getting told I must wait at least 7 working days.


I also have a Work in progress 1k cashout at Jackpotcity from the 12th, which for some strange reason they asked me to send id in for (had made countless withdrawals both there and sister casinos in the past without getting asked), have been messaging 3 days in a row asking what the hold up is and the response below is all I managed to get just before along with the past few days.

As for 32 Red my one withdrawal in early Jan of approx $350 was paid to my Neteller instead of Swift as I requested and a withdrawal from 2 nights ago shows in transaction history paid back to my credit card as Credit Card Refund (have 2 more withdrawals pending so will be interesting how they process them as I did select Swift).


It seems strange that all places that have paid with no problems in the past for years all of the sudden are showing strange symptoms with payouts and im starting to wonder if it has anything to do with that Interactive Gambling Act mentioned a few posts ago.

Well, when I had an issue with Skrill, Futuriti casino allowed me to withdraw via VISA. But I forwarded them the email from Skril stating some technical problems with my account. If you have serious reasons, it may work.
