Has anyone ever had any issue with a neteller bank wire withdrawal? I first submitted a withdrawal on 31/10. I had been guaranteed I would receive it within 10 working days even though they didn't process it until the 9th working day.
They wanted proof that I didn't receive the money which I provided. After I heard nothing from them after sending the proof I asked them for proof that they sent it and I asked them for the bank details the payment was sent to so I could confirm they were correct (for some reason when I'm logged in it only shows the last 4 digits of my account) but the help@, payments@ and complaints@ have all stopped replying to my emails.
In the mean time a 2nd withdrawal I had requested 4 days after the first was finally processed this past Saturday even though they knew there were troubles with me receiving the first.
This morning the original withdrawal amount was returned to my neteller account minus the $15 withdrawal fee and a $72 "manual adjustment fee" with no explanation. I called help and was told to,resubmit the withdrawal and I would have within 3 days. I know for a fact this is a lie because they've been waiting 8 or 9 working days to do the others.
I STILL haven't heard from anyone at support, payments or complaints since i asked for the bank details. I triple checked all the details while resubmitting the first withdrawal again today then emailed asking them if I should have submitted the withdrawal again as instructed and if they could let me know the reason the first withdrawal didn't work but of course no reply.
Any advice on what I do to get them to answer my emails and hurry up and give me my money? It's now been 15 days since first withdrawal was requested and a month since I first won the money
