Neteller just informed me that due to new regulations and recent fraud cases they refuse to reopen my account. The sorry sir, we can not do anything and we apologize for the inconvenience seriously comes out of my nose now.

I am now completely stuck here. (Portugal which is 2800 kilometers away) I have several thousand dollars in this account and can not access it.

I am looking for someone who will assist me to sue the shit out of them.

I am stuck 2800 kilometers from home. Thanks to this stupid, insecure company called Neteller. They say they want to protect me as a customer, yet they now have seriously ruined my life.

Security issues and breaches should NEVER be my problem, being a customer and, since they advised me PERSONALLY and PRIOR to leaving my own country that there would be no problem, I think they really are letting me down and causing me serious damage.

Is there any lawyer out there that would like to go ahead with this and split profits? As I think I have a case but have no clue how to sue. ( It seems I am also a poet and dont even know it)

Is there anybody who can assit me or give me some advise on this?

Man, I am so stuck. I worked very hard to be able to have this holiday.

My girlfriend has left me over this already. All my money is stuck in this rotten Neteller account and now I have no way out. What should I do, WALK home?

People tell me, why have all your money in Neteller? Well, this is how I make money. I work and get paid in my Netller acc. and normally leave it in Neteller until I need it.

Easy access and as they told me there was no problem prior to leaving and getting it out to my bank account, I thought, why not leave it there until I arrive.

This way, Nobody could have stolen it for instance during my traveling. And, since they said it was no issue, it should have been just fine.

I wonder how come it is possible for other people to just make a phone call and solve the same issue as I am having right now. But, my situation is as stuck as an rock.

FYI my account never had any issues, it is a premier account. All they want me to do is come forward with a bill which would proof my identity.

What stupid rule is this?

Imagine, some crook knows about this, brakes into my house, finds a phone bill, sends this to Neteller and he or she will be able to empty my account the very minute after it. Great security.

See https://www.casinomeister.com/forum...to-roaming-solution-bring-a-phone-bill.19120/

(I do not want to post double content, yet I am so damn stuck here, I hope I can get someone to help me with this.)
Anyone?

Thanks.

2,800k from home and she walked out over this  Sheesh. Strange behaviour.

Have you tried phoning them and talking to a rep on the phone? There must be some way they can verify you. If you are an affiliate (guessing from your sig) why don't you ask your affiliate manager to contact Neteller for you. That may do the trick if they get verification from a merchant of theirs that you are who you say you are and where you say you are.

Alternatively, here's an idea: get one of your affiliate managers to fax/scan & email over an affiliate balance sheet which shows your name & address. One of them will definately do that for you.

she called her parents, they flew her out of the country.. Thanks for your concern.. it hurts as you can imagine. For people who will ask me to do the same, my parents died several years ago. I have nobody who could help me either with flying home (leaving my car here) or anyone who would be able to send a bill to me.

I have tried several times to talk to them. No way out as they assured me.

I will try your suggestion. Thank you for this bright light. I have not thought about this yet. I will have a go. What else can I do.

Thank you.

you mean to tell me you got enough funds to travel around the globe but can't call on one, thats 1 not 2 ,friends to wire you enough to get home on then you repay them.... if not you may have to take up armed robbery...lol..g/l

I'm not sure about the root of your problem.
It is the different IPS and country?

If you have to prove identity, you may go to your embassy/consulate in Portugal and ask for paperwork stating you're Mr.... with a temporal residence in the country.
Send this by fax with a phone number to receive a call from neteller.

I'm not sure if I believe your post, the only thing going for it is that it's so weird I can't see anyone making something so bizarre up:lolup:

I've often travelled to Germany from the UK and my neteller has always been opened up with a phonecall once they detect foreign IP.

Sometime you get a jobsworth on the phone with neteller, might be worth your while phoning again as if you had never enquired, sometimes the 2nd operator is much more helpful.

sounds like a bad dream

can't you sell your car in Portugal?

i've had many a girl leave me high and dry like that when they learned that I'm not really Simmo!

you are fantastic............you make my day everytime I read a post of yours.........
I loved the one about text messaging whilst driving............superb:p:p:p
