Hi all, Need some advice please.

I’ve been playing on 32red with an account under my details. I’ve been depositing via my PayPal which is shared with my partner but is under her name. So all deposits have been under her name via PayPal. I have processed my first withdraw to the PayPal, but not sure if it will flag up. I can provide 32 with a bank cards etc in my name, which will match my account details, but wondering if they would accept that as I believe that’s reasonable. That’s if they deny the withdrawal that is. Just want to know if anybody has had anything similar.

Not sure how anyone would share an e-wallet and expect it not to raise red flags, or why that would be deemed acceptable.

Starting with something as simple as how a casino would know if the transaction was even authorized by the Paypal account holder etc

Unless businesses have softened their stance on money laundering and Responsible Gambling recently. Wouldn't that be something!

So we normally use it to buy stuff from eBay. we have so much money just sat in PayPal and use the balance for different type of stuff. eBay, takeaways etc. so when I noticed it was a deposit method it seemed easier and I prefer using it as money is secure and stuff. Both our bank cards are linked to it, it’s just not in my name. Again, do you think the casino would be reasonable and agree to withdraw to the bank account under the accounts name if all docs were provided etc?

Maybe with most types of purchases, but when it comes to gambling- related transactions they'd also have to factor in the 2nd person's status, i.e if they have gambling problems etc, as part of their social responsibilities.

Not to mention joint financial ventures being frowned upon in the casino sphere due to its associated anti- money laundering permutations....

Personally, I'd imagine they may not be that forthcoming in payment, but who knows?

If the casino identifies it as a third party payment you will likely have problems. With so much online fraud it's just a big no no.

In an ideal world they would have automatically stopped the deposit at the point where the name on the payment method doesn't match the name on the account.

You know, for social responsibilities and AML reasons and all that...

u can change you name on paypal, I had same problem I just change my name and send proof of paypal next day got paid rest of balance
