can any 1 help ? whilst playing on slot machines i noticed the winnings werent crediting to my account so i contacted the sites live chat explained this and was told they were experiencing tech difficultys and and winnings that werent credited would be recredited within 72 hours and any stuck games would also be recredited beleiving this i carried on playing to cut a long story short this happened alot over a few weeks and after having to basicly fight them for my money back ..being told i was owed nothing and a wholeload of lies from the live chat i honestly do not beleive i was recredited all what i was owed !! i was then told to check account history which stated the time date amount betted and the out come but does not state the balance of my account after each bet and win were added do i have the right to see this ?? just as the ones i have received still do not show what i have asked and only show some of the bets placed on the nights please help ... im total new to all this ?

She is asking for help - no-one can help if we don't know what we are talking about here.
It could be a highly reputable casino, or some cheap clip-joint.
With no info there can be no help.

I see a potentially huge problem in this even without naming the casino. Ten to One odds the winnings wont be credited and will cite terms and conditions which most online casino's have which is that any error voids winnings. (short version).

Errors void winnings clauses are when a game glitches out and pays out when they should not, winnings not being credited however is a whole different ball game.

YA but you know how casinos are they will try. Most rogue casino's use what you just said as an excuse not to pay out winnings even valid ones which is really sad and is hard for the player to prove anything and naturally the casino's never want to post the facts of how it happened and prove it on their end. It falles into a he said/she said situation.
