Need Help...Cant get Tritons Treasiure to download

All other games load fine at Slot Madness, but the last two new games; tritons treasure and the other one; load but then a error pops up
"can't connect with server" yet I can play all other games so I am obviously connected to the server.

I have asked them for tech support but they never reply.

Any thoughts from you computer buffs?

footdr, I have had the same problem but with Naughty or Nice. Have never been able to get it to open.

If you find out how to fix it, let me know so I can play Naughty or Nice.

We need a computer "geek" as I am sure

there must be a way to find the problem, I am computer "challenged"

I did check all the files located in my computer directory under, Program Files, Slotmadness and then clicked on the "patch" files and the file that lists all the games that are downloaded.

Both new games are listed there and I saw no indication that they were corrupt.

I then compared the files in Slotmadness directory with the files in InetBet directory, they matched, I saw nothing missing from slotmadness files and the number of megabytes shown for each folder seem to match.

So I wish someone here could help us somehow.

I can't help, but i have the same problem at Jackpot Capital with Triple Twister. I have talked to support a few times, and on their end, they don't see anything wrong. Very strange.

Did you contact support?
i had something similar at Titan and i asked thier friendly support, they did something from their end and told my to log out and log back in, and it was working.

Could be worth a shot to uninstall and reinstall the casino, that's would be my next try, although I have no idea what may be causing it.

Casino Titan has had this problem with several of their last new releases and they confirmed to me (eventually) the error was on their side and they were working on getting it fixed, after i finally had had enough and complained. Same error message, everything. They fixed it eventually though. Sounds like its the same problem, but if their not responding to your mails at all, id ditch them. Poor customer service when im giving them money is something i wont put up with now.

support not replying is a pain

i recently had a problem with 2 games not loading ( one would give me the error no connection and one would just be a black screen ) and exiting from the cashier would crash the casino

a pain but this is how i fixed it

add remove uninstall
remove all short cuts left over start menu desktop
use a program like webroot window washer to remove temp files
update all java on pc
reboot
turn off antivirus and firewall
reinstall the casino

the first time i tried this it didnt work ( all steps besides the firewall and antivirus )
it seems the anti virus and firewall was blocking 3 parts of the casino on installation for some reason
