I'll start from scratch ...
On Friday the 1.3 I registered with betitall and at the same time also deposited via Ecopayz.
Until then, everything was fine and also had a little luck and won € 350. I no longer had bonus conditions and I could pay off. That started the problems I was trying to click on payout then came this message
Error occured during withdrawal process. Awaiting limits information
Ok support written after an hour then went.
Then I got an email that I should send my ID and a proof of my address. This was then immediately by mail to the casino.
Whole 3 days then nothing happened and I have never received an answer what is going on except this statement from the live chat I have duplicated Acc or Accs.
The whole is perfect crap because I have only this one Acc and I know that.
Have now spent several days trying to find out what I did wrong and until today I have received no answer.
When asked what I did wrong, it came:

Hope you are well.
Please, be patient. We have 5 days more to send you answer. And please, in future, do not forget about our great daily tournaments and "Sakura race" leader board. Please, contact me if you have any other questions, I will help you!

Yes, you are right to keep the money and ask for any tournaments!
So went on and then asked again today and have received this answer:
I want to tell you one more time, we have 7 WORK days to investigate your
account. So please, be patient. There is a couple of serious problems with
your account. We want to provide all information to you, as investigation
want to be finished.
Since I was told the whole lasts 7 days and they started on 1.3 I find it more than strange that the days when laughing backwards.
Waited 5 days and now it is again 5 days.
I know that I will never see my money as it is a scam casino!
I'm just warning everyone to pay even a penny
