I signed up here awhile ago and I'm having trouble contacting support - I've sent several emails and gotten no response at all and their online chat doesn't work either. Anyone know anything about them or been able to contact them?

Dear Chayton,

Please contact me at robin@nedplay.com if there any any issues related to our support. We made some technical changes to improve our services. I have seen that you were able to reach us in the mean time and I hope you are pleased with our service now.

I have heard of Nedplay, but was under the impression it was intended for Dutch players. The OP is Canadian, so does this mean Nedplay has become more global?
Is Nedplay a "white label" of a more well known MGS group?

Nedplay Casino

Hi Vinylweatherman,

Nedplay is owned by Floryntia Play Group NV, based on Curacao, Netherlands Antilles. There is no connection to any other casino or casino group (no white label). We are independent and from European origin.
We welcome players from all over the world and try to this with a "dutch" touch.:)

Nedplay offers a full Microgaming Software suite including Live dealer, Multiplayer tournaments and an upcoming Nedplay Mobile Casino.

Please contact me if you need more information.

Kind Regards,

I signed up here about a month or so ago...through a forum that was offering free spins upon signup. There was a bit of a glitch, and some delay in having them credited. After contacting live chat, I received an email from "Robin"...I'm guessing you're the same Robin probably? It was taken care of promptly, spins were credited and he also gave me additional spins on TR SOTS, for the inconvenience.

While the initial experience wasn't perfect.....they did follow up as they said they would, and fixed the problem. Overall decent first impression.

I thought Microgaming stopped taking USA players?

I had some issues too - I'd emailed several times and got no response and the chat wasn't working either - after a couple of weeks I actually got disgusted with it and uninstalled the casino. When I redownloaded I didn't remember my username (which is kinda funny since I picked it myself) and tried again to contact support with the same luck - I didn't hear anything back until I posted here - mebbe just coincidence. ;)

I got free spins too - 50 spins on Break da Bank again....won a cool $1.25!!

Unusually, this IS an issue at "your end". The username is stored locally in the registry, and is left behind by the MG uninstall facility, but if you use one of those "complete uninstall" applications, it will remove EVERYTHING, including this stored username.
