So!

Long story short, we all know you cant withdraw with a different solution than what you deposited with.

I deposited with my VISA(usually deposit with trustly but they have removed that option for my country some weeks ago).

My only withdrawal option is trough banktransfer or via TRUSTLY. yes Trustly is still available in the list of withdrawal options but not as a deposit method.

So i've been trying to get in contact with custumer support but they never answer me.

I'm verified at this casino, and have made several withdrawals before without any problems.

Everytime i request a withdrawal they cancel it without any further information.

I have a balance of 2100 euro on that account, no bonus money at all.

What should i do here?

Update. Right away after creating this thread, i recieved a mail that they want picture of creditcard.

That seems fair. But they could have informed med instead of just declining my withdrawals.

Yeah its not every financial agent that cares enough to send an email explaining the snap cancelation. Some are very lazy.
