Hey all figured I would make a thread that can be used by people when searching casinos. This casino was bad enough to warrant it
EUslots is one I would suggest everyone to stay away from.
I missed the code to enter to get the deposit bonus and asked for it to be added. They refused to do that for me even though I didnt play any games. So right away I thought of them as super unfriendly and not helpful. So whatever, I played cash and wagered 2x my deposit and doubled my deposit. I went to cashout and they refused to pay me and told me to wager 3x. As they are part of n1 interactive I thought it was n1 casino team. So I argued with them and told them the 3x only applies to suspected fraud and to cashout my money.
They refused. They told me I had $91 left to wager. I went and did 127 spins on .75 cent which is approx $95 to wager. i went to cashout and they again canceled it and put it back in my account. I again went to chat and they told me sorry now I need $18 more to wager. Amazing, I said scroll up in chat the other agent told me I had $91..why did the amount of wager change?
I went back and played 25 spins on 75 cent. Requested another cashout and its just sitting there. So not only are they instant to refuse withdraws now they let the money just sit there.
I went to the rep homerbert and asked for help and he told me he cannot help and I need to deal with it myself as he has no relationship with them even though its the same group as N1 casino.
So I would suggest staying away from this group completely. They are not friendly, helpful, change wager and delay cashouts and there is no recourse with anyone here
And just a warning : Just because it says n1 interactive does not mean they are related to n1 casino who are part of the same group as per homerbert. So be careful with that, its a bit tricky
