I went to do a withdrawal of 30$ last night, and was rejected. Before I post the copy and paste of the chat, I will tell you this. I opened my account roughly 3 months ago after jumping through hoops, I was fully verified. I didnt bith except the odd' omg REALLY?'. I have always used 20 dollar Flexepin for depositing and etransfer for withdrawal. Cashed out 6x, all under 100$. This is what I was told this morning. N1 if you see this you hve turned me right off gambling! And yes I will be closing my account, they are a horrible bully casino!...

We need only the documents I mentioned above, that was all the finance department requested.

Right: - a document (or a number of documents), showing the origin of the funds used for depositing in our casino, for example, salary statement, proof of business ownership, selling a property, an inheritance payment, or a divorce settlement, etc. (for the last 6 months) - a detailed pdf bank statement showing this income (the origin of funds) being credited to your bank account for the last 6 months or more.

Fecking joke for 30 bucks, but hey according to this site N1 are just fantastic..
They are very narcasistic! nd not even legally allowed to be playing in Canada. Some how they are getting around that and in doing so, they can make up their own twisted rules. And yes they are twisted!

Care to prove that?

As far as i know we're saying "no proof of systemic problems" because we have no evidence that there are. We've asked time and time again for people with issues to step forward. We've had one (1) PAB in response to that and IIRC the player had clearly violated the Terms.

FYI, the site ratings mostly come from the players, not us, and there are relatively few formal complaints. Those are good indicators but it doesn't translate to "just fantastic" as far as I can tell.

As far as the OP's original issue goes my guess is that N1 is doing that for one of two reasons: either they have reason to question the OP's activity OR they need to do it to stay compliant. Just guessing, as I said, we'd need to see and investigate the details to know for sure. The OP is welcome to file a PAB on this if they'd like us to look into it. That said I do understand that the OP may have had enough and moved on.

I have nothing to hide. Zilch! I am a small time player, that only bets 25 cents on the same game. And as I said at the beginning, I just went through this 3 months ago when I opened my account with them so it has nothing to do with compliance, and yes I will be moving on.

Im talking to them now, they think I am doing money laundering. lmao. My 20 dollar deposits, very few withdrawals, 25 cent bets on the same game. uh huh.

they are asking for too much, i.e inheritance, divorce, etc. all rubbish.
I closed my account. I could see if I was depositing large amounts by my bank, and withdrawaling large amounts, but 20 dollars, with voucher, nd the most taken out 100. And then get blamed for money laundering. You know I'm a true believer of what you blame others for, you are doing it yourself.

i have closed umpteen casinos asking for daft and irrevelant docs, not saying casinos fault but sending certain docs is dangerous with the amount of money frauds after someone gets hold of your details. good luck

Sledgehammers, nuts and all that. 30 dollars - who are they, Casumo?🤭

Curious to see how they request it be sent: Email or a secure portal upload? Find it amusing when casinos say: to be compliant with laws and regulations and then tell you to send via unencrypted email ;)
Or have players from countries that are banned. yes compliance. I used email
