As many of you already know, their customer service is terrible, live chat agents are by far useless without exaggeration, and emailing them is pointless.

I wanted to give them one more chance and deposit but this time after winning some and wanting to withdraw $3000, there is an error that keeps popping up and I am unable to solve it despite speaking with 10 different agents for the last 5 hours. There is no way to escalate this because they simply ignore you when you ask them to. When you speak with one agent and show them every error, they tell you to reset browser and try again and it just cycles.

Stay away, total scam.

The issue has likely originated on the payment system side.
