Pretty standard really; it's in their terms. Disappointing I know, but play carefully and you should be able to withdraw once you've wagered - you're already up.

This is yet another way of giving the casino the advantage over the player. If someone is regularly depositing thousands then withdrawing after a few spins then fair enough, that may arouse suspicion of money laundering, but the vast vast majority of players are just regular folk and the casinos know this, being made to play through once is bad enough, but three times is just taking the absolute piss!

How exactly is it an unfair action when it's clearly stated in their terms?

And maybe more importantly how are they or anyone else to blame for your decision to gamble away 450 additional euros at completely different sites afterwards?

duxcasino isn't accredited though. Plenty of casino groups don't have all accredited.

Come on, 3x is clearly a piss take IMO. How anyone can defend that with a straight face is beyond my comprehension. Whether it's in the terms or not, it doesn't make it right.

It's about time people took more of a favourable view towards players on here rather than protesting the innocence of multi million pound companies.

Bottom line is it was his money to withdraw, not the casino's.

If you are a regular and hit substancial win early, you can just ask the manager for common sense and they will pretty much always approve. That’s if the agent didnt already approve it when he recognize you. There will always incompetents that sure like in every company. But if there is one customer support that will forget about stupid terms if they know you and you actually talk to them as human beings, its exactly homemade softswiss support. It works in the opposite way also. If you are rude and lack humanity, be ready to deal with the most awful bunch of retards you have ever deal with. So be nice and make minimum 20 euros deposits instead.

had lots of deposits and withdrawals there the last 3weeks, and i asked for a supervisor -no help
i self excluded me the next 6month from duxcasino
so they lost me keep on depositing there

gladly a rep can check my deposit and withdrawal history deposited very frequently

chat told me to 100% wrong wagering (played 15minutes with 80cent stake aswell) (10minutes on 40c) and only 30€ wagered?
also you have no track on your realmoney (without bonus) wagering, chat have 20people in waiting line most the time
and 3x wagering deposits ...really?

They could atleast let you withdraw the winnings, they shouldn't be held hostage. So you deposit 50, win 100 and you should be able to withdraw that 100 since it wasn't part of the deposit. Simple really but probably too simple.
