N1 Casino “play the value of my deposit“ issue

I signed up here to ask a question...

Saw N1 casino review on the CasinoMeister site there and signed up some time ago. Had some good fortune with them and can’t say I’ve any issues with them but perhaps someone here could tell me if this is standard practice.

I made a deposit and soon after changed my mind, left the deposit alone and made a withdrawal a day or so later. It was rejected twice. I asked why and their CS informed me that as I took no promotion or bonus offer that I was required to “play the value of my deposit“ before I could withdraw the amount I deposited.

I’ve not come across such a condition before.

I didn’t consider the money laundering aspect. Thanks for the responses guys, that makes sense to me. As I said, it’s an excellent online casino, fast responsive customer care, super fast cash outs and a hassle/glitch free platform. Had some crazy luck on their slots too. Thought it important and only fair to say that about them having brought them up in the forum here.
