Ok Im not going to mention any casino names in this post. And this is Not a bitch it is just my own views in regards to RTG casinos.

I always avoided RTGs because of the limits of weekly withdraws amongst other things. A few weeks ago I decided to break my
Own rule and give them a try. Took advantage of a decent bonus, managed to reach the required play through and then cash out a fair amount.
Sent in my papers, these were verified within around 48 hours, my cash out remained still in my account. Then another 2 days later, a few emails
And it was finally processed. (Bank wire) apparently there was some small issue that meant my cash out was not processed within the stated 48 hour period.

Anyway all was good yet Im still waiting for my wire. I played the games and won 2 weeks ago, now going into week 3. I have no concerns at all that the wire
Will arrive as they are a reputable company and I was told it would take up to 10 days to process the wire. Thats fine. However when you add up all the days
Waiting e.g. the 48 hour pending period, weekends etc it is for me just way way to long.

Below are my reasons I will not play further at RTGS who have terms such as I list below :

1 : Refusal to flush winnings ? why every other casino I play at always flushes my winnings on request.
2: 48 hour pending period before a wire is processed
3: Inability for some RTGs to pay winnings back to a debit / or visa card.
(I dont use ewallets but thats another thread)
4: Max cash outs weekly on winnings anywhere from as low as 2000 to 5000 per week. This sucks big time.
First time I played at an RTG I broke the 4k weekly cash out limit. I refuse to wait up to 3 to 4 weeks
For 2 wires to be processed.

So I deposit and sometimes can deposit a decent amount. I have no issue loosing, and I never bitch about games.
If I dont like them or I think they are tight I move on. I also dont subscribe to the theorys that reputable casinos
Tighten games. However when I deposit I want quick no hassle payouts.

The 2 casinos I play at most offer all I need (I wont name them as Im not bitching or pitching)

Casino 1 : Flush = yes
Withdraw limit = no
Payback to card used for deposit = yes
Time for withdraw funds to land in my bank = 2 to 3 days max. (this morning Sunday I received a cash out in my bank
I had requested the withdraw Thursday evening)
Fast support / Good comps = yes the best in my view

Casino 2 : All of the above plus superb support and almost instant processing of funds on request.
Also very very keen award program.

Its a real shame the RTGS I have played at shoot themselves in the foot. They have good games,
Good site designs for the most part, and almost everything there to make them a really big player.
But they just lack in my view in the most fundamental areas. And if any RTG reps are reading this :
Note when I get a withdraw back into my bank account in super fast time I am usually still in play mode
And hence the casino get a really good shot and grabbing it back from me ? I do see the RTG theory of
Holding onto funds as long as possible in the hope that the player will reverse. But if you look at the larger picture
Then dont you see that if I get a cash out of 8 or 9k or whatever then sooner or later Im going to come back
If I like the set up.

The RTGS I played at a few weeks ago have lost a decent depositor. Not a high roller but certainly worth keeping happy.
Times me by xxx other players who feel the same and you do the maths.

As I said this is Not a Pab or a stab its just my own views. I know many will have their own views and probably think Im talking
Rot, also Im sure with ewallets payout times would be faster but not everyone wants to use ewallets ?

Take it as it is above. Rant over

Doomed

I'd have to say I agree with you. my cashout sat for 48 hours and they wouldn't flush, didn't send in the required forms as this is the first time I ever played so they put the money back into my account to play with...sent them an email and asked was this going to take another 48 hours to process and they sent me an email saying someone would get back to me in a day...sent them another email and asked them to close my account..case closed with this casino.

Ooops not rtg but vegas technologies.

If my cashout is held up I am not going to reverse. I just play somewhere else. I might have re-deposited and played but not when a reversal is my only play option.

When I hit cashout it means cashout. You just lose my business and someone else gains it while you sit and hold onto funds that aren't going back in.

Smart way to operate. Send your customers somewhere else to play.

Inet always pays within 24 hours after the cashout button is pressed and I understand a number of reputable casinos, while not allowing a flush, can restrict the reversal of withdrawals. How this is different from a flush I dont know.

Inetbet pays within 24 hours or less if using Q.T (usemywallet), its always there after i cash out, the next morning like clockwork, and there is no max cashout.

Jackpot Capital with in 24 hours if you send Yasmeen a email or if you call her she will do it while on the phone or shortly after. ( except on weekends)

Rushmore, Slots Oasis, Cherry Red , right away, if you email or p.m Louise, i dont call her Lightening Louise for nothing.

Clubworld, Aladdins always within 24 hours if you contact Tom on the phone or shoot him a email to Clubworld, weekends are sometimes iffy, but he does work from home and checks his emails, and can do a payout on Saturdays.

These are the R.T.G casinos i trust , that pay to my Q.T account and have never had a issue with getting paid when due, all the above casinos have great Reps that are in daily contact with whats going on in this forum and are easy to get in touch with, these are just my personal thoughts on each of them........laurie

Not using an ewallet adds 3 to 4 WORKING days to the process. Many RTG casinos (not all though) only offer the US dollar, and this can lead to losses each way on currency conversion.
I have been caught by the weekly limits on one really great Club USA session, and I withdrew 2 lots of $3000 and one lot of $2200. I played a fair bit inbetween, illustrating how these limits leave the balance sitting around and available for further play. Club USA came unstuck though, as I won MORE by playing whilst waiting, than I would have done had they had no weekly limit:p

I use Neteller and a Barclaycard. If there is "too much" sitting in Neteller for my forseeable depositing needs, out it comes, and into my bank by transfer. eWallets are NOT PROTECTED by the 50,000 investor compensation scheme, and if huge international banks can go bust, then there certainly IS an increase in the risk associated with holding long term balances in eWallets.
Barclaycard is part of the OCT scheme, as are most VISA debit cards, so an inability to refund to VISA cards is a shortcoming of the casino's processor, not the card company or bank. In the UK, the problem is that casinos can be TOO keen to refund EVERYTHING back to cards, hence my Barclaycard was in CREDIT for much of the last week;) (see winner screenshots:p).

We can only encourage reputable RTG casinos to either get rid of weekly limits, or make them high enough such that players will be unlikely to be hit by them. The current $2000 to $4000 ranges are too low, and many players get hit after winning a Random Jackpot, and can even be hit after a few lucky results.

Well I use a debit card which so far has had no issues in the past 3 years for deposits / withdraws. I even use an old battered electron card from prehistoric account I used to have. This works perfect both ways. Plus it means I dont get a stack of gambling transactions showing up on my main current accounts / cred card statments. I looked at ewallets but they all take a cut plus if I had say moneybookers they are still fees and wait time assosiated with drawing back to your bank. Plus as you say no insurance on these in the UK. I agree 100% on RTGs mad withdraw limits. Good for you for winning on the reverse  love it when I hear that!
I have just made a small with draw of afew 100 and I know by Tuesday morn it will be back on my card :) Ah well its only a game and each to their own.

I cashed out with Pantasia on a Saturday..Sunday afternoon it was gone and Monday when I got home it was in my quicktender account and they didn't ask for Id..same thing with Superior so I was just a little surprised at what happend at the other casino.
