My latest experience of note is going on at Midaur Casino which is a new casino to me over the past month. I blew my welcome bonus a month ago and I recall feeling very unsure about their bonus system and I still do. This is most likely because I go in head first occassionally after the first positive nod in here that I see:eek:
Or there about's!
While depositing at midaur casino I took a deposit bonus tonight simply for longevity because after last month I am fooked. But I was left with the option of playing the bonus match first or the real money first.
Me being me just like the first time I deposited there I lumbered my way through without caring.
Just now like quite a number of times over the last few years I have had a substantial starting point on a very reasonable wager and it all went to shit until the very last spin. I have now got to a level above I didn't started with.
Has that happened to you before?
Is it a Casino ruse?
What is your latest casino experience that you can not find a place to put in down in?

Mixed emotions on this!

I play a lot at Videoslots and have managed big withdrawals based on their promotions, free spins, etc. Unfortunately I had a big session the other day and made an even bigger loss based on recent withdrawals, but you know what? I really didn't mind as Videoslots are a good outfit and I get compensated from entry into the freeroll battles, casino race winnings and weekend booster cash back along with great promotions here.

However, I have stayed pretty quiet on this side, but I am well and truly f###ed off, anxious and upset at what has transpired at the Viral Interactive group of casinos. I posted up a big win in the 1000x winners screenshots when I hit 2400x on Multifruit 81, only to see it confiscated and account closed on really shitty terms, namely they saw I had a 6 week cool off at a sister casino (as in not self excluded), but:

1) Account was opened, documents uploaded, approved and account verified prior to depositing and making withdrawal request
2) This was on same day the group reopened a sister account which was in cool off, allowed me to deposit and then confiscated that withdrawal request and closed account again
3) They had accepted 20+ deposits in a three month period (october, November, December 2017) and mainly during 'cool off' at sister casino, but only closed accounts once withdrawal submitted and refunded deposit which resulted in the win. However, an account where I hadn't made a withdrawal request remained open throughout.
4) Twice I had contacted their online support and both times they confirmed my accounts were fine, even when I said one was in cool off.

Even more pissed off as the response from IBAS earlier today said this 'We were willing to view such complaints but after discussion and meetings with the Gambling Commission they said that it was not something we could pursue as self exclusion was a social responsibility issue and something the regulators should deal with.' - even though I wasn't self excluded!!

I am really pissed off by the above that I am border line sticking two fingers up to the industry and permanently closing all my casino accounts.

Yes, I am upset over it and losing sleep! So much for the enjoyment factor when you win!

But, I still appreciate quality outfits like Videoslots and Trada where I have never encountered problems.

Richy, is it possible to file a PAB over this or does the win justify hiring a lawyer to get your winnings paid? I just wouldn't let it go like that.

Probably can't do a PAB now based on posting the above, but I have sent an e-mail to the UKGC for their input.

If Viral Interactive insist of confiscating funds based on 'self exclusion', then they will put themselves forward for serious breaches of their UK licence and rules 3.4.3 and 3.4.4 and hopefully get fined/reprimanded accordingly!!

I also note that MoboCasino are listed on the AskGamblers website and since they are not accredited here, thought it may be best to pursue it through AskGamblers, so have raised a complaint there. Whether they accept it or not is a different story, but I have submitted all the evidence to prove my case.

If no joy with above, then will also fire off a complaint to the MGA, their other licence issuer.

The legal route? Possibly, but run risk of bigger losses there if I lose the case.

* I must stop posting nonsense while drunk! But to be fair I had a pretty sober xmas and new year.
I still can't work out if using the bonus money first is the best option at this site or using the real money first is the way to go? I have lost count the amount of times I have gone down to the very last spin on a bonus only to make a great recovery. Is it a built in thing? I am now standing at double what the initial bonus was but I can't be arsed to continue with the wagering just yet. Family's about plus there is shed loads of sport going on.

I thought that was your best post in years!

I thought it was a decent bonus system at the start but not sure now. If the bonus money was uncapped it’d be far better (obviously) but with the cap its not that appealing. All the wagering for a max conversion of 100 sometimes?

I stopped playing there as the lag on some of the games was really bad for a while.

And it doesn’t really matter if it’s 100 or 200 or 300 per cent bonus offers as well because of the above

I do wonder where these commissions priorities are when glaring unfairness go untouched by them and even very evident conning tactics are used by casino's and they they are unwilling to act upon it.

I usually avoid taking capped bonuses but last night I just wanted some extended play time rather than hoping for a cash out. I think I was wagering for 4 hours solid and I've no idea where I'm at with the play through

A continuation with my confusion with this site. I am looking at their latest offer and I am thinking that the max I can gain is x2 if I get lucky and meet wagering.
This is the text.
  1. This offer is open to online real money Midaur players aged 18+ only
  2. The 200% Bonus Match up to £/$/€ 200.00, must be claimed via the bonus section of your account.
  3. Minimum deposit £/$/€ 25.00
  4. Maximum bonus £/$/€ 200.00, maximum bonus win £/$/€ 400.00 and the bonus is awarded and locked in your bonus account, the rollover requirement is 35 times the initial bonus amount received
Are we only allowed to gain 200% of our deposit should we achieve play though?

Dont know the site, id assume at first glance it meant maximum conversion or wd of 400 when depositing any amount. But then what would be the point (other than getting a lot of playtime) of depositing 100 for the maximum added 200 bonus and thus adding a s*%t load of playthrough at the risk of losing more money to win the same max amount you could win from a 25 deposit & 50 bonus with much less playthrough and cost.

Or maybe they could choose for it to mean (when it suits them) if using maximum bonus (100 depo and 200 bonus) then the maximum bonus conversion/ or wd amount is double the bonus, ie max win/conversion/wd is 400 only IF using max bonus, and that the max conversion/or wd is in relation to the size of the bonus, if so a capped £100 for the max win/conversion/wd if the player doesnt use the max bonus and is depositing 25 with a 50 bonus added .

Or someone could probably even consider it as stating that the maximum single win on any spin while playing with the bonus is capped at £400.

Im sure that helped lol...

Totally not aimed towards you, but i wouldn't be suprised if it was sent out in an email to all customers with the heading 'are you a mug? Then we've got just the thing for you!'

i ceartinly wouldnt play anywhere with such vague terms though :)

Where it sais "max bonus 200, max bonus win 400."... it's actually given me a headache reading that one line over and over again tbh ;)

Edit. But then, if u can wd before dipping into the bonus i guess that makes it a little more desirable

Strange things happen on first deposits at a lot of casinos I find.I question anything and everything when it comes to gambling and although I know nothing about technology I do spot things that are out of the ordinary very easily and don't just take it as read.My view is your gaming experience can be manipulated a lot more than you could possibly imagine I genuinely believe that your gaming experience is mapped out the minute you log in(exactly how many aspects of your behaviour the system analyses I don't know)but the systems we are playing through are unbelievably high tech.A lot of you will probably be thinking this guy is nuts and you may be right it's only what I think but ask yourself about times you first deposited at certain casinos(not all).I would be amazed if a lot of you haven't got some "can you believe this " stories from your 1st time on a few sites.I know I have 5 that are pretty extraordinary I won't bore you with details I've probably done that already but these are not coincidenses surely.

Midaur is a superb casino to be fair, no reverse period and cash bonus is possible. I talked to Alex their Aff manager in Amsterdam and again in Berlin mentioning the confusing bonus, and he said they actually have a video link in the site explaining it! Basically you can choose to play either cash or bonus funds so I played cash and when the turnover became enough (which can be over more than one deposit) the bonus converts to cash and needs playing through once or twice IIRC. You can play the bonus first, increase it to an amount with a limit then use cash to convert it at the original amount, i.e. you double your 200 bonus to 400 and then play cash to wager the correct multiple of 200 to turn the 400 bonus you've now gotten into cash. It is weird I admit, but very fair.

Today's email is an offer of a 300% bonus but for this site I will leave those sort of offers for when I only want play time with little hope of a cash out

I have familiarised myself with the bonus terms now but I can't find a video tutorial link on site?
