So, signed up here under the impression that this was a descent Casino.
First red flag,
After signing up, then getting verified, realised once I read the T&C that I was not eligible for any free spins qualification until being a member for a month.
Ok, so no big deal.
Since then have qualified and a few times spins never got added and when chased up with Cs, was told that I haven't qualified or the game was not included even though it stated all slots or the certain slot that I had been playing. Anyway again no big deal.
Took part in a Netent Halloween promo for a raffle draw, met wagering requirements and was waiting until promo period finished to get freespins on top, only to be told that I was not entered into any prize draw even though I met all requirements to qualify but then I contacted a rep here I got the free spins as Cs had no idea.
Then they ran that daily free prize draw for a month or 2, I got raffle tickets multiple times and most of the weeks running, bar maybe 2 for the Monday 500euro draw, never won but also never seen a peep about any winners even though it stated in T&Cs that they would be posted. (So I am suss on that) Tinfoil hat time.
The longer that I play here and see that it is Geo Blocked to ie Customers which I am thinking there is not many.
Because they ran a few other 3 day tournaments and I noticed the first couple of weeks only 10 odd players took part, even now you are lucky to have 20 players taking part after 12 hours of the tournament being started. (Great you may say!) Yeah it is but whenever every other slot is dead, makes no difference.
Playing a one fav slot, for a few months and was and still is playing like shit, but improved since it became unavailable to me for 4 or 5 weeks.
Tested a new slot and watched twice a balance off 50 or 60 euro disappear on 60cent bets straight away with maybe one or 2 , 10x wins max in between a fuckload of dead dead dead spins. Sometimes its normal, yes I understand.
Same slot then made unavailable for a month also, but haven't touched it since my first 2 dire sessions.
I know alot of people hate starburst but I tend to get myself sucked into playing now and again(My own self destruct button) but on Novi, Am I getting to different versions of this game without knowing? I provide the Screenshots as the layout is different and the game with the sleeker fonts or whatever always plays dead.
Then there is the constant refresh on site while playing in the Casino but never when sitting idle, Why the Fuck is that?
I stated before if your playing a Casino with not much traffic, you might aswell be playing against yourself because that's what it feels like but what I was told, it makes no difference but for me the jury is out on that one.
Also, you cannot play Play and go, thunderkick, Btg, Playtech, Blueprint and a host of other well known providers, they magically disappeared on signup and there top providers seem to be Pragmatic and Inspired, and Greentube although I like greentube they were restricted from playing for the first 3 months until again the Rep here sorted it out for me as CS had no clue.
Obviously this is down to an IE account.
I could go on but I am giving my self a headache just from writing this waffle.
But am I the one Crazy here? Or is there something seriously off with this site?
