That's good, but this isn't over until they explain just WTF was going on!!!
This was an unbelievable pile of bullshit, and in the end they conceded that you were right all along. The obvious conclusion is that they had no real evidence at all, they just didn't want to pay. This is why they refused repeatedly to say what the nature of this technical error was, and why you got contradictory excuses as this unfolded.
The last excuse offered was actually something completely different, they accused you of using a bot, and this has nothing to do with you exploiting a technical error. Their evidence must have been based on nothing more than you having an unusually lucky run. When the CASINO has an unusually lucky run and gets accused of rigging the software, the players are told they are just sore losers, and were just unusually unlucky. It seems odd that their understanding of casino maths flies out the window when luck swings the other way. They become convinced the player has cheated, and spend fruitless months looking for evidence that doesn't exist, trotting out excuses in the hope that the player will be worn down so much that they give up.
If they believe their own software is that flaky, they shouldn't be using it, and they should PAB to CM about their own software so that it can go into the rogue pit alongside the other cheating softwares that have been busted.
If the software IS rigged however, a mathematically improbable lucky streak becomes IMPOSSIBLE, and hence the operator of such software would know 100% the player cheated, even if they could find no evidence.
