Resolved My Casino770 withdrawal is taking forever?

I got very lucky when i played my way up 9300 euros which im now trying to withdraw to my bank account. I've sent them my documents for the withdrawal but the problem is that it has taken 11 days and counting for them to validate my withdrawal. In their policy it says that it should only take between 4-10 bank days for them to validate it.

When i asked them in their live chat (six different times i've chatted with them), they responded that im going through a investigation and that it should take a few days for them to come up with a conclusion. The other problem is that every time i've asked them, the response is the same that it should be in the following days and that their department is looking into it.

It seems that they are trying to avoid me in some way which makes me a bit upset, because i've won legit and i have even made a deposit of 30 euros which for me is very much. Because there is much money involved i will not accept the fact that they won't pay out just because i happened to win more than the average player.

I hope someone will help or at least give me an answer to what i should do. (I'm new here so don't be to hard on me if i don't know much)

Unfortunately you're not alone. This casino was in the rogue pit and they were (unsuccessfully) trying to get out awhile back, but I can't recall if they had a rep here or not.

EDIT: KK was a faster typer than me!

That's worth to mention because it shows that they are here and replying to those who have issues.

To give more background to why i'm angry is that i already have transferred 572 euros without a problem from this site. It only took a few days to be validated, but now i'm on my third week waiting for the validation on my second withdrawal, which makes no sense. :mad:
 
Okay, so no answer from the 770 manager on this site even if she has been online several times without answering me ASAP as she told. And their chat still gives me the same response.

I'm begging to the operators of this wonderful site to put them on the rogue list again, because i can't understand how this casino can go on like this. They think everything is fine if they just ignore and let it pass like i never won anything and that i'm going to keep my mouth shut. I'm going to spread this to as many sites and social medias as i can in the meantime.

In makes sense because that's how a lot of rogue operators work, they'll pay a smallish withdrawal but then stall on a big one. Did you try contacting MaxD to see if he'd accept a PAB?

Yes i have made contact with him, but he doesn't accept new PABs because of their history and past complaints. I'm going to try to make the first page of reddit with my thread, it should be very bad publicity for the casino.

I've filed a complaint to the gaming authority in Malta that holds their license. I hope that it will bring the casino into action.

What the hell, everything is absolute corrupt and bad.
Sadly there ARE quite a few corrupt casinos on the internet - but there are also 100s of totally honest & trustworthy ones.

Sorry that you signed up to one of the bad guys before you found CasinoMeister, but believe me, you are by no means alone!
Now that you're here though, if you stick to the Accredited List or casinos recommended by reputable webmasters, you shouldn't run into such problems again.

Don't give up hope of getting your money from 770 though - keep chasing them regularly, keeping all your correspondence POLITE and hopefully one day they will eventually send you your cash-out.
