MrGreen support doesn't want to reveal my RTP %

Hi everybody!

2 weeks ago I decided to give a try at MrGreen casino. Because of bad sessions I've asked support to send me my RTP % of my sessions. Finally they sent me all spins I've played there with message I have to calculate by myself!

Anyone experience something like this? I'm pissed off because I invested certain amount of money already and I think there shouldn't be a problem for casino to deliver me requested informations.

Can you rephrase the question and ask them to tell you how much you have wagered in total so far ? Then you can check your account history to see how much you have deposited/lost and from that easily calculate your RTP . I don't know how knowing your RTP will help tho ? I understand it's something you might want to know but it's not going to change anything or prove anything

If you send me your spin data I will happily process / enrich it for you.

It's actually a good thing they send you the raw spin data because you can do so much more analysis on it.

Maybe you got somebody that didn't know what they was doing, Trust me it happens CS do not know shit all that is,


Maybe they have not got the the facility to count the spins, Sites have diffrent ways of showing things, what I normally do is go to transactions, or played, if there are 20 per page and 150 pages than just 150 x 20

Alot of sites do not even show this, I ask for a game log once from a site and sent it in a form of spread sheet, It was not one where you could click the bet and it will show in order the largest or smallest,

But I bet my last pound that they have on there side, Thats one easy way to find out if what the max bet has been place,
