Hi there

A few weeks ago I deposited 30 euros and after a few hours I requested a withdrawal of 850 euros. The only option that I had when I clicked on the withdrawal link was to withdraw to a bank account so I picked that and entered my details. After a few days I received a mail saying that I had to withdraw using the same method as I deposited (VISA) but the problem was the I could not select VISA and informed them about this. This was resolved but I could still not ask for a withdrawal (when I entered the amount and clicked on send the page reloaded and I still had the full amount in my balance). The day after this was resolved and they told me that they had processed my withdrawal request but when I hadn't received the money in 7 banking days (it's never taken more than 3 from other casinos) I asked them to verify that the withdrawal had actually been processed. Last monday they told me that they would look into this and if they couldn't find the money before tuesday they would re-send the money and give me a tracking number.

The problem is that it's now thursday and I still haven't received the money and they haven't replied to my emails that I sent yesterday and today. A couple of weeks ago they replied within the hour but suddenly they don't reply at all.

Should I be worried?

They have a rep here look up Mr-Casinos in your CM account and PM him. He only joined 25 days ago Nov.18 and has made no posts. He lives in Sweden and usually the Swedish sites and reps are decent in my experience. Try him first, then if no luck use the PAB process if appropriate.

Hi all

In case anyone is interested this seems to be resolved. A few hours after posting here and sending a message to the rep the CEO (!) of MrCasinos called me to apologize and also explain what had happened. Without going into to much details the explanation was OK, I've been sent a screenshot with the transfer details and they also credited my account with 50 euros (bonus money, with wagering requirements).

Anyways. Seems solved and MrCasinos seems to be a, more than, fair place to play at.

Cheers

Why warns for no reason?

The new site may need to time to fix all problems. It's quite fair if CEO call you (and fix problem immediately) and give extra 50 € for compensation?

same owner, i think this is not good sign, so i just warned.

Maybe it was just email system problem, not 1st time if someone doesn't get emails. You assume that they did it purposely?
He said emails so sent more than one

What do you think he should do just say nothing and wait let the casino ignore/stall the withdrawal and yes casinos do this i can't comment if this casino did it or not but this is something to post about

Says a guy who's promoting them.

Really sad to see NetEnt lowering their standards.

Don't try to read too much into it. The OP came here to post a complaint about a problem he was having with an online casino and seeking advice. That's kinda what this forum is for.

Maybe it was an e-mail problem, maybe not.
