Hi all, new to this site! Needing advice regarding mr Green withdrawal, I’ve been gambling for well over a month on the site and 7 days ago I made a withdrawal, which I was then asked for SOW which I’ve never experienced before, but nonetheless I sent over the documents required and I’m still waiting a week later on my withdrawal with the only help from there live chat is to wait for an email? I know casinos don’t care but the withdrawal is a lot less then my deposits so I find the wait very frustrating.. Any advice on how long I should be waiting/ or what action I should use as I feel a week is completely unfair and unacceptable! Any help or advice would be brilliant ??
