I would just like to give my vote of confidence to Andy at Mr. Green. I had a Mr. Green account but never really played there because of small issues reported here and apparent long waiting times for withdrawals.

When Andy took over at Mr. Green, I was in there in a flash!! My experience thus far has been nothing but spectacular. If I had issues, I would follow the standard procedure of Live Chat and then Andy as the Rep...

When I needed to chat to Andy, I received absolutely nothing but stellar service and reassurance why he is considered one of the best online gaming reps / casino managers.

What do you think of the overall layout @ Mr Green and the way the games interact? I've not found anything out there that even comes close to the immersive/non-download experience. It's some feat across multi-platform software.

When you look at the promotions and the graphic design of the other correspondence as well - they've got some massive in-house talent (or a great agency! )

Because I'm a regular slots player and therefore, by default, have to find something to moan about - I'd maybe just say that the promotions are a bit behind some of your competitors at the minute. Whilst they are beautifully designed, maybe not as attractive/tempting as some of the others. It's a minor criticism though - it's the only place I play NetEnt online anymore.

To be honest - I love the layout. Smooth and easy to switch between games. I like the little favorites bar at the bottom. There isn't any lag which is a bonus to me.

Andy did say he was hoping to include certain countries and revamp the promos a bit. I cant speak for him but I hope he does soon.

I'll second Nate's comment there.

I've taken a look at Mr Green several times over the years but have never created an account or deposited there, mostly because of the occasional issues reported here at CM that have popped up from time to time, and also because as great as the site was it didn't have the kind of 'killer app' that made it irresistible to me.

But yes, since Andy moved to Mr Green it's very much been on my radar and of course I took the plunge recently with my Netent mega-challenge, mostly off the back off knowing Andy was on the staff and in the case of a problem he'd be able to help out. As it happens there were issues with me not wanting to provide a mobile number which Andy was able to work around for me (although I've ended up buying a cheap PAYG mobile for casino registrations and suchlike anyway).

Now I've registered and used the site in anger I'd say it is probably one of the best web-based casinos out there, everything just works as it should, games are quick to load and play slick and fast, site design is clean and functional, easy to check on bonus WR, promotions, account details etc The only downer for me was the dreadfully irritating nag screen that pops up every 60 minutes and totally breaks the flow of play, but in true Andy tradition he's already having that looked at

I did make a withdrawal last night and that was in my Neteller account in just over twelve hours, so quick payouts too.

So yes, it's gone from a 'looks alright but not going to bother for now' casino, to one I'll definitely be playing at on a regular basis - mostly because they've got Andy looking after stuff!

I think I use Mr Green in a bit of an odd way in that I only really ever play NetEnt there (and a bit of the IGT ones to be fair now BlueSquare has gone tits up) - with my MG Action @ 32Red - so I'm probably not the typical customer.

It's so good you can almost forget it's running in a web browser, which is arguably the highest praise possible for web-based casino experience.

There are others out there that are very good as well, BetAt and Videoslots spring immediately to mind, but I'd say Mr Green is a step ahead even of them.

See, I thought that as well, but I guess that's not in their best interest. They just want a bewildering array of super colourful flashing games on show like when you walk into a Las Vegas Casino. I'd guess 99% of their clientele aren't knobheads like me that know the difference between MG and IGT - and most people couldn't care less. Unusual, if you were a player in December for example we had a free bonus/free spins with no WR every day.
You should deffo have had a few offers in January too.
Get in touch with Customer services and make sure you registered from the correct country, that may cause a problem.
A point for everyone to bear in mind: We have country specific sites (such as a UK site, German site etc in the dropdown) and an International site - if you are able to register at a specific country site that will usually mean you'll get a few more offers.

I forgot about that - that was excellent.

It was anything from 25-100 spins depending on the slot - I got a lot of playtime out of it.

Not seen anything this month I don't think, other than the Dream a Mr Green promotion for the holiday's etc. Which are off the scale.
