That's a very good list!

There's a few obvious bad ones in there (tiny % and ludicrous WRs ), and a couple not so obvious...
VIP: 3 x $30 on different specific games (last time I checked).
Omni: Some history of denying bonus AFTER you comply with all the T&C's.
Casino-on Net: WR jumps from 20 to 50x if you use Neteller.

You're quite right, but I was only looking at the casinos listed under the monthly bonus tab, as that was the original question.
