I just (accidentally) typed www.casumo.cm into my web browser instead of the ".com" at the end, and oddly MrGreen loaded up...
They must have purchased a lot of similar URL's... Naughty hehe

Very likely it is one of their affiliates, who doing that. Btw mr.green can easily found which one by tracking code and close his account as this is obviously against all rules.
