Over the bank holiday weekend I deposited £25 and took the 300% bonus.
I worked the bonus up to £175, which after total deposits of £145 I was able to redeem and cashed out for exactly £200.

Even though this was a profitable experience overall, I probably will not be using them again.
The game selection is not the greatest, further hampered as a number do not load and just come up with error codes.
The site repeatedly asks you to log in again, seemingly on a random basis, and also if you play one game for a significant period of time, this is frustrating.
Whilst I have no issue with the bonus structure, I do not like that some games can only be played with bonus funds, this is very restrictive.
The site stores none of your deposit information at all, this all has to be entered for every deposit, a minor point but annoying.
Finally, I triggered a bonus on Happy Holidays, but was logged out before it played. I logged back in, but Happy Holidays now does not load, and just gives an error message. (Knowing my luck it was probably the super rare magic free spins.....)
I know this is an opinion post, but for me there are a vast number of superior accredited casinos available.
If anyone does take the bonus offer, You can of course play the bonus funds first, and then decide if you want to hit wagering, TBF, this is strongly in their favour, however having capped bonus wins, and then including very high variance and potential games, such as Queen of Riches is unfair, and surely in effect lowers the RTP, and therefore the bonus value.

i too have recently joined and as have mentioned in the bonanza thread have the same issue with error code after getting the free spins feature live chat are telling me waiting to hear from game provider that was about a week ago its not looking good am getting seriously miffed

I did exactly the same, joined, played one deposit and encountered the same problems. Layout of the site isn’t fantastic and you are right in a highly competitive market a lot of improvement is needed Imo.

Glad im not the only one & agree with what's been said, currently the site does have some minor issues, but more off putting is the bonus caps, weekly emails but with caps on all of them, that is far too heavy in the casinos favour they already take 5% from slots, great for the casino but slightly insulting for a player.

I've not been back & typing your card details like already pointed out simply is behind the times & very off putting. But each to their own.

I closed my account at Pocket Fruity for this very reason. Constantly having to log back in over and over again is genuinely infuriating, I mean... it's still ME playing. I haven't been kidnapped since I started playing Immortal Romance 5 minutes ago

as aceking has said glad im not the only one with this issue gives me hope on a satisfactory conclusion especially now the rep is casting an eye over things fingers crossed for a monster bonanza bonus when i finally see it

HMMMM,

At present, this is still not resolved - however the rep is on the case - game has been reset twice, and the free spins bonus is there, however as soon as I press spin it errors and locks out again.

However, as of today - I cannot access this site at all, on my Phone, and through a chrome browser on laptop - the web page does not exist, and although it brings up the site on IE, the login just circles and resets.

Anyone else with this issue?

On a plus side, withdrawal - including verification of docs, was as quick as advertised

I tried to register via mobile and it was impossible. This is a first. There was all kind of problems.. can't believe someone approved the mobile version of this?!? Anyone encountered this problem. I am on google chrome android... it's not like any.other casino has a registration form that problematic ever...

The mobile site isn’t working for me, just coming up as an error. Looks like some kind of database error.

Rob :)
