Microsoft and Gaming?

Hi there:
I just noticed that Microsoft offers gaming (for Money) on an MSN site. How do they get away with this, unless the server is not on American soil?

We will check this before going live
Indemnification against us being sued in the event of a case going to the US Justice where a US user has gained access through www.msn.co.uk


The areas that we have available at the moment are Hotmail and Messenger. This is because we can target these areas by 18s only however over the next few months we plan to have the whole site able to take targeted advertising.



The Messenger 234x60 is x cpm with targeting and the Hotmail ads are also x cpm with targeting.
