Man am I getting tired of seeing these.
Depost $25 or more and get 20 free spins at the lowest bet possible. 50 free spins if you deposit over $100. Soon they will be pushing these free spins at 1 line 1 cent per line. Ridiculous. Whats even awesomer is those 'free spins' come with wagering requirements attached.

So the casino wants me to deposit $100, get 50 free spins and like $5 at 30X or so of wagering requirements get snuck into my balance. TSK TSK I say.

I've seen posts about this before and if any casinos are listening here is some food for thought on player retention....

Last month I went into my local B&M and signed up for their comp program.
Since then I've done $100 here and there, nothing huge by any stretch of the imagination. So far I have managed to cash in $45 in comps. NO PLAY THROUGH, I just hand them my ID and Comp card and they had me COLD HARD CASH which I am then free to walk away and do with as I wish. In addition to the comps I received, I have also received 4 $5 coupons for play the first week of June totaling $20 and a Flyer that entitles me to a Free Everyone is a winner lottery ticket, all I have to do is head down and pick it up.

So anyways. If you want to retain players, sneaking in 'stings attached' free spins with little to no value is not the way to go about it.

I Agree Dark... They should learn from the land based outfits... Online... 3dice IMO give the best wagering requirements... 10x to 0x....

I agree, some promos are plain stupid, but conversely you get a lot of player fraud online so it may be something to do with that. Don't ask me what though LOL.

Comp points at some online casinos can add up pretty quick mind you depending on where you play. The first online casino to deliver free drinks while you play will cane it :D

@VWM

Wow! They didn't waste any time on that one :O

FWIW I have lost over $2000 from one MG casino these past two months and was unable to get so much as a $10 free chip for my patronage from support. Because of this I have since then requested they disable all deposit methods. (so that I can still monkey around with the tournaments)

I told them I would be happy to enable them when they figure out how to value their players. Whether my comments went anywhere or not I do not know.

:)

I find the best way is to suddenly start ignoring them. Sometimes this gets their attention in under 2 weeks, along with a small free chip;)

Almost every time I have not played for a while at a particular casino, they have some rep, VIP manager, or "retention team" email me a special offer, or a "have we disappointed you" survey.

Sadly, loyalty is NOT often valued, many take loyalty for granted, and treat such players as their "cash cow". DISloyalty however, is richly rewarded. Casinos know that the most likely explanation for a player ignoring them is that they have had a better offer from a competitor, hence the fight is on:D

As for comps, there is no reason why casinos can't give out free drinks etc, and some do. I have regular deliveries of material "comps" to my door, including bottles of wine, Champagne, hampers, gadgets, etc.

Casino Action even "comped" me 3 days in Vegas, flights and accommodation included! (Damn shame they went bust:mad:).

From my experience, Jackpot Factory are the most prolific "compers" of the lot in these terms. Most of my parcels have come from them.

I have also had "stuff" from Red Flush and Grand Mondial. I had dinner at a top London restaurant from 32Red once:D (I helped them with an MGS problem).

A few other casinos have tried opening online shops where players can redeem their points for gods rather than credits, but this doesn't seem to catch on. Like myself, many prefer the cash:D

If you are a big gambler and like cash rewards you should check out Party Casino. $15,000 cash for 100,000 points.

Their points rack up quite quickly and are often given out as gifts during promotions.

I have seen player complaints about them, and this has put me off. I believe they also refuse to cooperate with Max and the PAB process, and this would be yet another thing to put me off.

My online "career" has reached maturity, and I open few new account throughout any given period. I am now more likely to reinstall an existing account for another spin, less hassle if I win big, since I am already verified and anything needed would just be to update old records.

I could not recommend them more highly. They pay quick and are part of a very large international company so no rogue concerns at all. Its probably safer to play at PartyCasino than anywhere else, whether its accredited here or not, because a big international company has a commercial reputation to protect and are concerned about regulator crackdowns that can impact other parts of their business.

The only dislike I have is that they offer very few bonuses, but I guess they dont need to to attract customers.

Like 888.com then, regulated by Gibraltar, yet have fallen foul of many players here, and seem to confiscate winnings as and when they see fit. They don't reply to PABs, so are now on the "no can do" list. They invite players to take offers, hide the fact that the various casinos are all run by them, and then punish the players for not employing good enough private investigators to uncover the secret connections back to Cassava from seemingly independent casinos.

Big international companies mean NOTHING, in fact bigger companies are BETTER at ripping off consumers BECAUSE of their size, and the fact that they can bully consumers with teams of expensive lawyers to deter any actions.

If they are THAT good (party casino), why are they not accredited here? Don't they feel it worth the bother to meet the standards and apply?
