Miami Club Casino - I am trying to get answers and things resolved about payout

From what I read they are not denying your payment, they are just making you wait correct? You may just have to wait it out.

My dad just turned 70 and he gambles online :D (only greyhounds though) and I play on pogo with an 89 year old woman, so I don't find your age odd at all to be doing this. I do however find it odd that you start by saying how old you are, age doesn't matter when gambling. :)

@Tirilej...I think Misterbj meant to look around the forum for posts that are about Miami Club

Frankly, by starting with age its does seem the OP was looking for some sympathy but I don't have any especially having to go that damn long chat.

Exactly. What point is age? It's not a factor when gambling. There are quite a few oldtimers here - and a huge part of our membership are in their 40s-50s. It always gets to me when women in their late forties or early fifties complains about their age in the forum. I'm thinkin' "you once was jailbait to me." :p

I do not like members being rude to staff, but it happens and to be clear we do not void members winnings for being rude etc. I simply mentioned this out of frustration of having to defend Miami Club over something that is not what it seems.

Ms Sloto

Of course nobody wants to see a staff in any job being treated rude, but unfortunately this is the norm in the world of gambling. In my 15 years of gambling it is standard for gamblers to treat staff at a casino like their servants , and it does go to the extent of being rude in some way shape or form. Gamblers find that when they lose money to a casino they can do and say what they want. Now it seems a majority of staff I have seen at B&M casinos and online, are trained properly on how to deal with it. I am assuming the standard training for a casino is "people are going to lose money, become assholes, treat you and everyone else bad, just smile and say yes sir/ma'am".

I learned early the customer is always right no matter the circumstance. That has helped me succeed in business to this day. I let my employees know upfront we are in a high stress business dealing with difficult people, you need to be certain you can deal with it and never go off on these people if you want to work here.

Of course we are all human and we all have a bad day's and stray from our solid demeanor from time to time.

Sloto-- u have a good reputation here, and it was too obv the OP was way over the top with the nature of the complaint. I couldnt even read the whole chat because my eyes started hurting. I took the OP's chat as someone just being lonely and wanting someone to talk to.

It seems that when ever someone mentions an older age + a complaint = fraudlent account

Women don't like turning certain ages. :p Turning 30 was no big deal for me, but turning 40 was.

In fact, it's rare to find anyone over the age of 70 being able to find even the Internet

I disagree, in the states it's very common for older people to be online, like I said earlier, I play pogo with an 89 year old woman. My dad is 70 and he cruises around the internet, and my daughters grandparents are in their mid 70's, also on the internet. And all these people started only within the last 5-10 years.

I did however think it was odd to mention age...isn't 70 the new 50? :D

I think Bryan meant in Germany. ;)

Ohhhhhh...oops. I was thinking, man I know a lot of older people on the internet, where is he living under a rock...lmao...j/k of course. :p

I know a few older too that uses the internet, but I believe that wherever you look the older people the fewer there are. It's also not so common that older people play anything, either on the net or outside, but of course they exist.

Like with everything it's the younger people that's more curious and more wanting the fast cash. But this is maybe a totally different discussion:)
This case was a clear case of fraud and I immediately sent a pm to MsSloto when I read it.
I'm happy this person got cought and I do feel sorry for the real Bruni.

The clarity has helped. It looked like a case of it simply being taken as fact that at 72, someone simply cannot achieve the ability to learn a new language or get to grips with modern computer technology. Bringing multi accounting into the debate explains a fair bit. The 72 year old is having her identity used by someone else, probably as part of a scheme to have numerous shots at the free chip.

This is of course the fundamental problem with the free chip method of attracting players, it attracts the chancers as there is no real risk of losing deposited funds. Get rid of welcome free chips, and you get rid of a considerable number of these chancers, who then have the more complicated task of setting up credible deposit and withdrawal methods that tally with the ID they are using, and they can't predict in advance which set they are going to have to utilize for a withdrawal.

Too funny, the ONLY thing that stood out to me when reading the OP post with the chat session was "Wow, amazing how articulate the english is in chat compared to the post." First and only red flag needed!

I've PMd this person twice today to get him/her to respond and answer my questions - either here in the thread or via PM. This person has logged in twice since then - read the posts, but logged back out. So if it walks like a duck...

Permanently banned.
