MGS Download Casino Problem

Looking for some help as I have been having issues with the download versions of any MGS casino I play at.

Any time I load the casino, the software stalls at the loading screen and I have to manually close the program via task manager. The only way I can get it to load is to uninstall then reinstall and log in from a fresh install but as soon as I close the casino I get the problems.

I know uninstalling doesn't completely remove the software,so where on windows 7 is the MGS folder? I know its in excess of 10gb but cant seem to locate it. I'm going to try and remove all traces of the software from my hard disk.

I could avoid the problems by playing flash but there is more choice via download version and trying to locate a slot is a nightmare as they seem to be in chronological order and scrolling through 20+pages is annoying to say the least. How about an alphabetical order or a search box MG?

Click "Start" button
Click "Computer"
Click Hard Drive "C"

Now you should see a list of folders and you should see a "Microgaming" folder.

Just delete the folder & you should be good to try downloading the casino again. :)

Thanks but that's just the folders for the installed casino, around 90mb per casino.
There is a another folder somewhere else that contains over 10gb of game data, I found it when I had xp but cant see it in windows 7.

Hi in windows 7 after making sure you can see "hidden folders" then you will find it in folder called MGS. Either in just C:/ or you have to go into ProgramData folder where it will have MGS.

Yes, just go into "computer" type in MGS in the search bar on C drive and locate the folder that says Program Data, right click and hit delete, you will see 10 plus gig's go away, same as above just easier to understand....I think :)

You can only find it if you have hidden folders visible .
C:\ProgramData\MGS on win7 . But i don`t think deleting the folder will help in any way ...

If you are unsure about how to enable show hidden folders then press Win+R together then type in

C:\ProgramData\MGS

that's the stuff your looking for, and I certainly don't think it will do any harm if the problem is with ALL MG casinos - something has got corrupted somewhere, and it's not being fixed properly by a reinstall but obviously CAN be solved, as you are able to run once after that reinstall.. so I would definitely give this a go and cross your fingers and toes.. good luck! :)

Problem solved, I removed all trace of MG software from my hard drive and now after a new install all is working as it should.
