MGA ignored complaint re. live casino games, now with Swiss

How do you suppose they do this, concretely? The video you linked looks more like an innocent mistake dating back 8 years, you can see him wagging his finger up & down before he even takes the card out. How would he possibly know which card comes next? They also literally shuffle the decks right in front of your eyes.

Besides, even if, let's say, their shufflers are all world-class sleight of hand masters who've never slipped up and never spoken out (despite earning modest salaries in eastern Europe) how would they even know the order in which to shuffle the deck? They cannot predict how many people will play or how people will play, so there would be absolutely no way of planning to give the shuffler any card, those cards would, regardless of shuffle, be equally likely to end up in a player's hand.
I'm glad you have such blind faith in these companies. I don't. Over the years I've seen way too much dodgy shit to think the companies aren't modifying it to suit themselves.

I don't play Blackjack unless I am in a physical casino itself.

I don't, I'm asking you for evidence of your conspiracy theory because it doesn't make any sense what so ever lol

Correct - So here we are. We are yet to see any evidence, just 'let's see what happens in Switzlerland, guys.'
You’re right — and that’s exactly why I submitted everything to the Swiss authority. The full evidence includes over 10 videos, detailed pattern tracking, and technical analysis. I’ve already shared parts of it with a few individuals privately, including one moderator. When the time is right, I’ll publish the full file publicly here as well. No need to rush — credible exposure takes structure.

You want to send it me so I can take a look?

I don't see how as you only joined the forum 12 days ago and personally I haven't received any message from you in that period!

So either you have another older account here (a big no-no!)

or I am not the moderator you sent it to by PM

Please advise.

Thank you for your message. Just to clarify — I have only ever used this account since joining CasinoMeister. I did receive an initial message some days ago that appeared to be a standard or general outreach (possibly automated or broad), and I replied to it with part of the material I had already compiled.
So when I mentioned having shared evidence with “a moderator,” I was referring to that single exchange — from this very account. I haven’t used any alternate or older accounts.
I hope this clears up any misunderstanding. Let me know if you’d like me to re-send the material for clarity.

Right, I see, you didn't try and reply to the forum mailer which goes to all members every Friday lunchtime GMT?

No, I didn’t reply to the Friday forum mailer. In fact, I’ve never received any external email from the forum — not in my inbox or spam folder. The message I responded to appeared directly inside the forum platform, as a regular private message. I assumed it was a general outreach or onboarding message, which is why I replied briefly with part of the material I had already compiled.
Thank you for taking the time to clarify this. If you’d like, I can re-send a summary of the evidence now for your review.

Not "taking sides" either way....

However, it would be REALLY nice to get to the point where we actually get to see this new evidence, it really would.

Be here years and seen too many "I've got this to show you but you'll have to wait a bit" threads where we get all excited only for the thread and OP to disappear never to be seen again

Oh wait......

Thanks for the honesty, and I completely understand the skepticism — I’ve seen it myself in other forums.
But I’m not here to disappear. I’ve already submitted the full case to a national regulator (ESBK) and shared parts of it privately with members who were genuinely interested in the technical aspects.
This is not about hype — it’s about process and credibility. And yes, when the moment is right, the full public disclosure will come.
Appreciate your patience until then.

Just to clarify — this has nothing to do with Evolution Gaming.
The provider involved is not Evolution, and the anomalies I documented don’t involve CGI-style game shows or spinning wheels that never stop. This is a real, live-streamed roulette table with physical equipment and real dealers, running under the Malta Gaming Authority’s license.
My concerns are not based on conspiracy videos, but on structured evidence: repeatable ball behavior, recurring multiplier patterns, specific number outcomes after certain events — all documented across many sessions.

I completely understand the skepticism, but this isn’t about wild physics-defying clips on YouTube. This is about regulated live roulette, and if a pattern holds under that environment, it deserves review.
Now this is even more bizarre because the video you showed me is one where you elude to the use of magnets?

Thanks for the comment — just to clarify.

At no point did I claim magnets were used. What I shared was a video showing unusual ball movement, visually documented. The behavior suggests an anomaly, but I’m not stating the cause.
Also, this isn’t based on a single video — I’ve recorded over 12 videos showing repeatable patterns. That’s why I submitted everything to a regulatory authority in Switzerland for objective review. I’m simply presenting the facts.

That moderator wouldn't happen to be called Voltron would he?

Even if the evidence was 100% valid and showed wrongdoing, you'd need a lot more proof than a handful of videos to affect change.

I've not seen the stuff but I think whatever it will be will not be as concrete as you are making it out to be and these instances are probably just very dodgy looking movements that can be explained by science.

There have been rigged online roulettes before, including using magnets, but there is no way a publically traded company like Evolution is going to be risking it all to screw people over every so often. I'm pretty sure small operatiosn such as BetOnline have had confirmed cheating before but the big providers already have a built in edge, they are making money from the casinos not the players playing the game.

Additionally there would probably be whistleblowers by now if this was widespread among big providers.. Alot of big conspiracy theories always seem to have more confidence in humans than most. Flat earth for example would require so much co-ordination and loyalty to keeping that secret that it just isn't realistic in any way, shape or form.

I understand the joke — but no, the reply I received came through what seemed like a general automated outreach message from the forum system, and I responded with evidence from this account. Nothing fictional, no mystery, just a straightforward exchange.
Did it respond back? If it was an automated message such as weekly roundup or voltron welcome message i don't think anyone can see what you sent...

X/Twitter is littered with counteless videos and posts from MAGA and their supporters who think that they are on to a winner.
All very delusional!
“I’m not sure how comparing this situation to political conspiracy theories adds anything constructive to the discussion. This thread is based on specific observations, video evidence, and a formal submission to a gambling authority — not vague speculation or online noise. If you have a genuine comment about the content, you’re welcome to contribute. Otherwise, dismissing serious concerns by lumping them in with unrelated political narratives seems both unfair and unhelpful.”

Thanks for the thoughtful reply.
You’re absolutely right that a handful of videos wouldn’t be enough to drive regulatory change — that’s why what I submitted includes over a dozen clips, compiled patterns, and technical observations across different sessions, not just one-off incidents. It’s not based on conspiracy, but on repeatable, measurable anomalies.
Also, I never claimed to know the cause (magnets or otherwise). My goal is not to speculate wildly, but to raise awareness based on patterns that appear consistently abnormal — ones that don’t align with statistical or mechanical expectations.
And as for whistleblowers: you’d be surprised how little incentive or protection exists in this industry for insiders to come forward, especially if the issue isn’t obvious or provable without access to internal systems. That’s why player-based evidence matters. Let’s see where the regulators go from here.

You’re probably right — it could have been a system-generated message like a welcome roundup. I replied thinking it might reach a mod, but if no one can actually access those replies, then that explains why I never got a response. Thanks for clarifying — good to know for the future.

Oops. "The MAGA ignored my complaint..."

Forgive my chidishness :(

It's called a 'mailer' but is sent via the CM PM system, not e-mail, sorry for the confusion...

“I understand that humor is often part of forum culture — and I don’t take offense personally. But I’d like to kindly remind everyone that this thread addresses a serious issue that could potentially affect many players. I’ve invested time collecting real evidence, and I’m not here to make noise, but to raise awareness. I appreciate any feedback or skepticism that’s constructive, but I hope we can keep the focus on the topic rather than turning it into a sideshow. Thank you.”

It might be serious to yourself.

But to.the vast majority of members it's just coming across as yet another thread where people claim to have all this evidence to prove its all rigged.

Yet after all this time never once have we ever had proof.

You might have a dozen or so videos. But to be honest your claim will not go anywhere. Neither will they go on to prove without a doubt that it's all fixed.

By the sounds of it one of the videos is yet another where the ball seems to spin in a way that's not possible. There's loads of similar videos online. None have proven anything yet.

But good luck to you. Maybe you will turn out to be the person that finally proves that online roulette Is rigged. Maybe your evidence will turn out to be exactly what the many that have been trying for years to prove it have been after.

But I very much doubt it.

Thanks for your input. I understand the skepticism, but I’m not trying to “claim it’s all rigged” without substance — I’ve collected and structured the material precisely to avoid vague accusations.
It’s true that many past claims lacked strong evidence. That’s why I took the time to track detailed behavior across multiple sessions, not just a single video. Once the Swiss authority concludes its initial review, I’ll make the full archive public — then we can revisit the conversation with facts on the table.

Fair play to you in your endeavours with your complaint.

But without sharing some sort of sample of your issue until the issue is finalised then you have opened up your post to some debate based on zero evidence. If so then why should you not expect some form of a negative response?
To me it just seems like a farming post for support

I understand your point, but calling this a “farming post” seems unfair. I’ve already provided videos to regulators and a few forum members in private. The reason I haven’t shared everything publicly is to avoid premature conclusions or claims before an official body has had a chance to review it.
If the entire archive were uploaded immediately, the thread would likely derail into noise and speculation — and that helps no one. Once the Swiss regulator gives their initial assessment, I’ll release all the material for public review. Until then, I prefer to stay factual and avoid hype.
This isn’t about farming support. It’s about structure and responsibility

It's not a conspiracy theory. I just said I don't trust live casino's.
“And that’s precisely the point. It’s not about ‘conspiracies’, it’s about healthy skepticism — especially when it comes to live casinos. That’s why I documented and submitted the evidence to an official regulator, and not just tossed vague claims online. Once their preliminary assessment is done, I’ll make everything public — videos, data, patterns, the full archive. Until then, I respect that everyone’s entitled to doubt — but I’d just ask for the same respect in return while the process plays out.”

Feel like we're getting nowhere here.
Just going round in circles.
“I get your point, and I do recall you found one of the clips I shared with you to be ‘bizarre’ — that’s exactly why I’m following a structured route through the regulator rather than debating endlessly here. Once they’ve completed their review, I’ll make everything public so we can have a proper discussion based on facts. Until then, I appreciate everyone’s input — even when we go in circles.”

I get the approach you are going for but why bother waiting when theres a 100% chance the swiss regular won't do anything. I'll give you my house if they do.

“I get the skepticism — it’s fair to doubt regulators when many have failed to act in the past. But this time, I’m dealing with a Swiss authority known for technical scrutiny and independence, not just licensing. If they ultimately confirm nothing is wrong, I’ll accept that. But if they do act, I hope you’ve kept the deed to your house handy. 😄 Either way, I prefer to test this through proper channels before going full public.”

Its bizarre because a single clip of you claiming magnets as a roulette ball falls in 19 red.
No jury in the world would find anybody guilty based on that.

Thanks for your response. Just to clarify again — I never claimed the presence of magnets. What I said (and what the video shows) is an unusual movement that deserves scrutiny. I’m not assigning a cause; I’m documenting a visual anomaly.
And to be clear, my case is not based on a single video or isolated incident. I’ve recorded over a dozen clips across different days showing patterns — not just one ball falling on 19. The 19 red clip is just the most visually striking one. That’s why I submitted everything to a regulator: to avoid premature conclusions and let the evidence be reviewed in full.
Whether it convinces a jury is not the point — it’s about whether the behavior matches what a fair, random system should produce under strict regulation.
Let’s not reduce the discussion to one clip or a misunderstanding of intent.

Thanks again for your reply. While it’s true that no judgment should be passed based on a single clip, the point here isn’t to accuse — it’s to trigger objective investigation when a visual anomaly is clearly documented.
Even one video, if it shows behavior that appears to defy physics or suggests non-random influence, can be enough to raise reasonable concerns and warrant technical review — especially when it’s part of a broader pattern already recorded in over a dozen clips.
This isn’t about trying to find someone “guilty.” It’s about asking a fair question: Shouldn’t a regulated game be open to examination when repeated irregularities are captured on video?
I’m not jumping to conclusions. I’m inviting scrutiny. That’s what regulation is for.

Edited the thread title, unnecessarily long filling 3 lines - keep them simple and the main content in the post, not the title!

Thanks!
Thanks, Dunover — understood on the title adjustment.
The original title aimed to highlight that this isn’t a vague accusation, but part of a structured submission based on consistent, documented patterns.
Appreciate the moderation and the thread being kept visible — I’ll keep future titles tighter while staying clear about the substance.

I am getting tired with all this, 4 pages of absolutely nothing, based on an as yet unseen pile of evidence. The effort and energy people have expended here would surely have been better spent on the outcome and any judgement rather than what amounts right now to hypothesis, anecdotes and conjecture.

Like telling people a new show is going to be released at some random date in the future and asking for input before they've seen it.

Might be better locking this and reopening it when this evidence is viewable and has been scrutinized by the relevant authority.

Thanks for your message and for keeping the thread open so far.
I completely understand that four pages without public evidence can be frustrating. But out of respect for the forum and its members, I’ve chosen not to post isolated clips out of context. Instead, I submitted the full documentation to a Swiss regulatory authority, which has already responded and is currently reviewing the case. Once their preliminary assessment is complete, I will publish the entire archive here, with nothing held back.
My sole intention has been to highlight unusual patterns observed in a live roulette setup — based on visual and statistical documentation — not to fuel conspiracy theories. If the evidence is validated, this could be relevant not just to players, but also to serious operators and regulators.
I truly appreciate that this conversation is still being allowed to continue, and I’m available to clarify any points in good faith as needed.

OK, well let one of us mods know by message when the Swiss official review is published and you have the relevant details to provide and we will get you to add them to this thread and reopen it - for now it's hot air, and a waste of hot air at that!
