MG Software Changes Need Help

Cut the Crap MGS & operators.

This is interesting, NEW lobby, but those other AWP games that SUPPOSEDLY "don't work in the new lobby" are STILL THERE, and what's more they WORK JUST AS WELL as the ones they left in, such as Hip Hop Opotamus, and Cops & Robbers.

I don't buy the "techical issue" bullshit from Ladbrokes, there seems no reason whatsoever why they had to be removed prior to the lobby upgrade to facilitate it.

MGS are "pissing on our heads, and telling us it is raining".

Can not download module error

I just keep getting can not download module errors at so many mg casinos now..

One casino I could only open 5 games!!

Have downloaded and re-installed so many times and left the games to download for hours to see if that would work, but still no luck. I never had these problems before the "upgrade".

Has anyone heard anything from Microgaming about any progress on this?

This issue has got to be affecting operator profitability. If I am right, there would be some (and probably a lot of) pressure to solve the problem.

There is certainly dissent among the ranks. Some operators are holding off from introducing the update altogether (Casino Rewards), and others are limiting it to only a couple of their skins (Fortune Lounge), which at least gives players some choice.

MGS are (apparently) working on SOME issues, mainly the fruities, and IF there are any fixes, they will probably come with, or shortly after, the February games. These are due early next week.

IF you get the new games, and the lobby is STILL playing up, then MGS have more work to do.

Players may well be trying the Flash alternative, or reducing the amount of action they give to casinos using the new lobby. Operators WILL begin to notice any changes, but only once they have access to monthly data, and the true picture may not yet be emerging, as I expect most have only the December (pre-upgrade) data fully sorted out. February data should give a better picture of whether the upgrade has reduced the overall potential profitability of their casinos, and this may not be available until early March.

I have tried the Flash casinos, but here the problem is MUCH greater server lag than the download version, even though the games play much more smoothly, and as fast as the download before the upgrade.
I have also deposited less, and played less, partly as a result of the new lobby making play less fun. This WILL be reducing the potential to make profit from my play, since less action = less theoretical hold for the house.

I noticed last week that the fruities that were available in the download version before they yanked them were now available in the flash version - Game on!, TI, Gee Gees, etc.

I could swear that they weren't there before, but I could be mistaken...but it does make sense that they just added them, because they're at the end of the list right before the last of the regular slots.
