Oh okay, my balance is showing in that game and guns and roses but I want to play Motorhead and it just shows nil the same as if I open twinspin for example so the system must think that the game is blocked with these bonus funds. Hopefully a quick fix

I would hazard a guess Norbert that when the bonus was constructed the game Motorhead was not included in the valid games, only Jimmi Hendrix and Guns and Roses were.

I might be wrong but the game acts exactly the same as if I open another excluded game

Anyway thanks and hopefully I'll get the green light to go ahead and play

The setup is correct, looks like its an individual case but support already contacted our IT so I hope that they will sort it out ASAP. Most probably support will ask you about the device, the bonus you use and maybe some other general questions via email. Well the motorhead game still wont show my balance but as a nice bit of karma the guns and roses slot was on fire for me and at minimum stake it gave combined wins of at least 1000x stake

Upped the bet halfway through wagering as it was taking forever and it was still kind to me, my balance is now £283 from a £25 deposit and wagering is complete!

Thanks Norbert, oh and out of interest the Motorhead slot still wont show my balance even now the bonus has gone!
