Evening all,
So I signed up to Megacasino last week and deposited via Paypal.
I lose my deposit and welcome bonus ho hum. I then start to play my welcome bonus free spins, 20 a day across 7 different slots.
I play days one to three no issues, then I come to play day 4 and "you are not allowed to play for real money at this time" pops up.
I contact support and am told I must submit ID, I do so without any issues as I expect this.
2 days later my account is still not verified. It infuriates me when casinos play these kind of tricks, I am NOT EVEN TRYING TO WITHDRAW.
It should be law that they must "know their customer" before accepting a deposit, simple as.
When I contact support I get the bog standard " payments team are still looking for your ID" is there anything else I can help you with?
Well I havent been helped at all so no not really I just want them to honour what they offered and I HAVE given ID, how long does it take, BetAt verified me in a matter of minutes.
