This casino group is pretty sneaky. I asked VIP and the owners to raise my cashout limit so I can play proper stakes if i want. They refused.

I was playing a few hundred bucks a spin on roulette there. I won a bit maybe $1000 overall. And next time I logged in they lowered all my max bet amounts. Like I was only allowed to spin $10 on slots max and like $30 on roulette.

I even said to them so okay you let me deposit $5000 and play high stakes. When you bet $500 per spin on roulette I can easily win $2500. So if I do this daily, you only ever allow me to cashout $2500 a week. They said yes its their casino wide policy and it will never changed or exceptions made

So then I said ok while I wait for you to send me my $20,000 can you close my account. Management refused and said it is also their policy that the remaining balance remain playable until all amounts are withdrawn and or have a balance.

As you can imagine I closed my account and left. Which is sad because their vip program was amazing. The biggest freechip I got was $2000 no max cashout and 1x wagering

Hope he can stay strong and not play it back like they sit there and hope

i don't understand some casino's.
They limit your bet because you got lucky on a -ev game such as roulette. Yet people commit suicide in the bookies toilets playing fobt roullette after losing more than they can afford. Surely letting you bet as much as you want on roullette can only potentially be in their favour, not at you personally, but with the house edge and the potential to get addicted and lose quickly at big stakes, it just don't make much sense.

I reached out to Sloto the I gaming rep listed for SlotoCash via the send private message button in their profile on January 19th and I have yet to hear back. I did receive an email outside of this site from Charmina in customer support denying my request to raise my WD limit. Very politely I would like to add. I will say that the payouts are coming as promised for which i am most thankful. I am able to do one payout request per week for each method available to me which will definitely help once the courier cheque funds find their way into my available balance. Oh Happy Day!!
