Anyway, got there in the end. Five scatters are INCREDIBLY hard to land on this game, and then you need to get the one and only pick out of the two towers that pays the 3000x. (With five scatters you get five chances to take it or leave it, however on this occasion it went to the 3000x on the very first pick so that was an easy decision to make )

Quest completed. (And no, this win does not represent an overall winning position, it's cost me rather more than this to land it!)

The five scatters trigger itself only pays 100x, so you really need the round itself to deliver the goods.

I have had five scatters once before and it whiffed badly, so having finally landed them again, I was very much hoping for a good result.

In essence this is the 'jackpot' on this slot, I've never seen a win higher than 3100x recorded on the 3Dice Zeitgeist page even though theoretically the 50x15 free spins round could pay more.

Traditionally the mods here do a great job, and you and i can help of course - just click the report button if you see it...

It's an absolutely thankless task. I'm a moderator over at Desert Island Fruits and the site admin there is constantly updating all sorts of stuff on the backend to try and stop the spammers getting through, and it mostly works, stopping the overwhelming majority of spammers managing to get through the various registration gates into a posting account state. (To the extent that it stops some actual humans from registering who find it all too onerous, so there's that balancing act as well.)

A very small percentage of spammers get through and it's very annoying, for the site admin, for the moderators (who then have to take manual actions to moderate/limit/ban and clean up) and also for the other members there, but what gets seen out on the open forums represents the tiny sliver of what's left after the site's defences have stopped 99.9% of the spam.

It's a constant arms race and sites like CM (and DIF) are essentially under constant attack.

That's very cool. Shame they didn't recreate the whole bonus round, it's one of the most fun ones I think. The 10 spins can turn into loads more because of the walking wilds.

It's interesting that these old 'win upto x coins' slots limit the max win to the same amount for any stake but the 'volatility' changes with the stake level. So you would need less full screens of harps on higher stakes to hit the 6000 max win. On 1.00 stake you would only need 2 but on 0.20 you would need 10.
