Hello everyone!

My name is Sebastian and as you might have read in Captain Rizk’s thread, the time has come for the legendary Captain to retire from Casinomeister and for me to try to fill his big shoes here as Rizk’s new casino representative. Previously I have been an avid reader here at Meister. Now I am very much looking forward to the rep role and joining the discussions.

Like the Captain himself, I have been part of Rizk since its inception over three years ago. Initially I set up and ran Rizk’s customer support, whereas nowadays I am focusing more on the player experience part. What are players looking for in a casino? What works and what bugs you? How’s your Rizk experience and what could we improve?

Casinomeister has always been a great source of feedback and fun for us at Rizk. Some of you might remember that in the early days of Rizk, the Wheel of Rizk had a skull symbol. If you hit the skull you did not win anything, which was quite rare, but still possible. There was plenty of discussion and negative feedback about it here on the forums. Then the Captain realized that the skull maybe wasn’t the best idea. We listened to you guys and removed it.

What else? My all time favourite slots are Neon Staxx and Book of Dead.

Anyway, if there’s anything, just let me know via PM or in a thread. I’ll also try to keep you up to date what’s going on in the Rizk world as much as I can.

Your post was readings fantastically and I was really warming to you a lot until the part where you mentioned your favourite slots.... now I wonder which planet the Captain found you stranded on....

Joking aside, you’ve been around a while so will realise we may rant sometimes, nag and argue at other times but the vast majority of us are harmless and have a good heart.
Fairness and transparency is all we ask x (and for exclusive comps so it seems lol)
