This is a classic. I especially loved it when the cop was trying to keep a straight face and then broke down. Still though breaking out K9 units for chip stealersThat may have been a tad excessive.

This had to be a sting.
The thieves may even be potato chip addicts. Dangling the silvery bags in front of them makes them victims too.
I suggest they make a claim for entrapment.
