I think you need to explain a bit more. Are they using a max cashout rule even though you didn't use any bonus, or is that amount in their rules? What happened?

Max bonus conversion and withdrawal of real money is €2500, $2500, $CAD2500, $AUD2500, SEK 25000 or NOK 25000 from deposit bonus money conversion. Max bet on bonus balance is €3.5, $3.5, $CAD3.5, $AUD3.5, SEK 35 or NOK 35.

More to the point.. How did he manage to play there, if, as his profile says, he's from the UK?
They don't have a UKGC license. So I just checked the registration form to see if UK was listed as an option.
It wouldn't even open the registration form. All I got was a popup saying my country was blocked

Since I posted the thread they’ve locked me out. Fuck knows why UK is now off the registration form? I managed to join without issues?
