Max bet on a bonus

So I deposited to get a bonus on a casino, and the max bet is 5 euros and t wanted to bet 1 euro and by accident bet 10, got the bonus and won 1300 euros, my points is that in the T%C they say max bet 5 euros but is not specified that is also for the real money that you play first. So my question is if I am entitle to the money because of that or they will just say it's implied and is not wort it to try to clear the wager?

Unfortunately it looks like you have broken the T&C's and they are entitled not to pay you your winnings if you were playing with a bonus.

Depends on the casino, some accredited sites might be OK with a mistake if it was just one spin. Most won't.

My advice would be to try and clear wagering hope they don't notice.

The term you mentioned technically allows the casino to deny ANY withdrawal unless you have ripped all your money and dipped into bonus-money (and completed WR).

1/ consider your initial deposit, let alone the 1.3k, lost. Casinos, even the most reputable, licensed, accredited, approved by whatever-you-like-affy website, take your money and offer "entertainment" (I'd rather call them thieves...). Consider their part of the contract done.

2/ wager 1 to 5 times your initial deposit to clear any buttcrack AML terms, ask for bonus to be canceled and try to withdraw

3/ by the time you read this, I'm sure the addiction must have taken over and your balance must be RIP.

You may be OK - as suggested above, ask the casino.
If they are decent they might let you off - or re-set your account to the original balance before the spin and let you try again...

I highly doubt they let you keep it since the winnings came on such a higher bet. And if they do take it back, dont be too upset because you wouldnt have won that amount unless you bet that high which you wouldnt have been doing anyways.

Just a quick update, did not get a response, so it says a lot about the quality of the casino, I am going to try to wager and withdraw just to see what happens. thank you all for your replays.

As mentioned above, I would probably play it out and see how it goes. I would be careful about wagering to the exact requirement though. Try and make it look like your not trying to take the micheal out of them. That's just my opinion though.
Unbelievable to hit that on your first spin. I can't believe anybody would doubt you would have hit that without a bonus attached.

Just to close up this I am happy to say that I was payed in the full amount I was able to finish my wager, I had no much expectation so I played lose with 5 euros bets not concerning to much with the end result I got 800 euros I don't know if they notice or in good faith let it slip I got no responde from them just send the documents to be able to withdraw, withdraw and got the money in my account, that goes to show that even if the odd's are low is always good ideia to give it a try ,thank you all for the help and good luck

Good luck this has happened to me a few times before but never first time at a new casino. It's very easy to hit max bet by mistake especially after having a few drinks.

I've been paid every time without hassle.

Which casino was this at? Most will probably try and get out of paying you due to breaching the terms. Do they not display anywhere how much more you have to wager before being able to withdraw?

This is why i never bother with bonuses, they cause too many issues and waste too much brain power and time, or just stick to the no wagering casinos *snip*.

Congrads. In the future be more careful. Some casinos say max bet 5 but they mean "up tp 5" so 5 bet is a no no. Others say max bet 5 but have a small term "if you deposit with a wallet max bet is 2".
Other "tricks" can also be used. Don't forget all the bonus hunting groups that will do enything to get an advantage and ruin things for the rest of us.
