May i just take this opportunity to say that the query i had from the above company was dealt with and sorted in an matter of minutes.Its extremely rare these days for companies to deal and sort anything so quickly i cannot praise sarah the CR highly enough and hope others take an interest in an company that goes out its way to help.:)
 
I'm glad that the OP above had one good experience (how odd to start a new thread just because of a single query?)

However, and whilst I'm not the CM with his own rules & reg's about rogueing people, I would just like to say that after a year or so of consistently being offered promos, of which the vast majority are not kept to initially by Mansion, and often my chasing up meets a stony silence, or completely made up excuses - they get the tristan727:puke: rating. Avoid unless you want major stress, & go elsewhere where they actually mean what they say, & try to keep to it. But then again, you probably know about this after reading about how they quite happily decided not to honour a promo, after they paid out, and took withdrawal's back from their customer's neteller accounts.

Part of the deep frustration here is livechat's made up excuses everytime. Just this minute, since posting above - I have been advise that the reason I didn't get last wednesday's bonus is that the promotion ends at the end of the month, and so the $50 won't be credited until a few days after the end of the month, and that this is what the c.s. had been 'led to understand' so all they'll do is pass on the complaint upwards...

Could someone please tell me how this promo therefore is actually clear of this fact, and that it isn't a weekly?:confused::rolleyes:

The Basic Rules state that members will receive their bonus within 72 hours of the promotion end. Technically that would be by the end on May 31st. I guess that is what the CSR is refering to.

Kind of sneaky as it makes it seem like you would get the weekly bonus right away. Hmmm, if i didnt know better i would think they did that.....intentionally.

Rules seem to be clearly stated. I've entered similar promotions elsewhere, and have been credited appropriately. Only once did I encounter a problem with this kind of promotion, but it was eventually resolved. Technical issues, blah, blah, blah, you did not meet requirements, blah blah, yes I did, oh, yes, you did, but we are having technical issues, blah blah, and after several days and about 4 hours of my time, my account was credited with those $12.50 worth of free spins. A lot of folks give up in frustration I think, and I believe that may be part of the directive at some CS sites.

Tristan, see if it is in your acct June 1. If not, accept some lame-oh excuse about it being May promo, and try again June 3rd.

Please let us know how it ends.

Well, asides from the fact I'm a sucker who keeps forgetting not to play at sites that have such a history...I also don't like the idea that an outfit targetted towards UK players & based in Gibraltar, can go around treating players like some dodgy Costa Rican outfit would...who the heck do they think they are? We didn't vote for George Bush or protectionist zealots in Turkey & France, & so don't have to put up with the equiv. of speakeasy's. Am more than happy to deposit the odd $200 here & there, to highlight such issues.

As it is - I've been sent a semi-automated email telling me my bonus will be credited within 72hrs. I think it's just a co-incidence that 72hrs from now is June1st, as it says 72hrs from promotion end in the terms also....could well be just a standard response. Either way - it's absolutely insulting & typical of the apathy of this place, that the promo above is actually not a weekly one, but a monthly one somehow.'Every Wednesday' is highly, highly misleading, to say the least.

I keep saying 'this place' and 'outfit' - but I don't want to give the impression that it's like this from the bottom down. The owner I gather is some multi-billionaire from the Far East who probably doesn't involve himself in $50, double point promos or un-necessary delays in account verifications, one would think. I just wish that whichever middle manager has been primarily responsible for these misleading promos & neteller clawbacks, would vanish, so that the merits of this place (and Mansion I think is a unique place& product) would be allowed to 'shine through'.
 
Mansion used to be really good a year or so ago but then the cs people were based in the UK and Gibralter. But then like the OP I also had a number of bonuses promised that never appeared. I also have had a couple of calls from reps who can barely speak English - the delay on the line sounded like they were based in the far east.

I get the impression they have just lost interest in the Casino like they did with their betting operation and the sports exchange. It is a shame as they were a good company and I did like playing there.
 
just want to say that mansion/mansion88 casino is s***k :mad:

played there everyday for 7 months and never get the jackpot... even 4 wild never came out :axeman2:

Happy may be a strong word, but as it is I have participated in 2 further promos since my last post...neither have resulted in the promised bonus being credited...and am about $750 down as a result - which presumably was the intent on the casino's part when sending them out.

I thought there was some hope when the new VIP mgr replied to an email & promised to get cracking right on it & get back to me that evening. That was a week ago, and not heard back...even though have sent a follow up email....what's the process of getting a casino rogued anyways, or don't false promises count? It wouldn't take much to establish all this...no need for forwarding correspondence, screenprints & all that palava - just Cm or Max to sign up, deposit here & there for a promo & watch them get hosed.
 
Well I take back what said about VIP mgr, she been off ill & hopefully should resolve my issues - but basic fact stands- nothing ever works here as it should, for many, many months now.
