Part of the deep frustration here is livechat's made up excuses everytime. Just this minute, since posting above - I have been advise that the reason I didn't get last wednesday's bonus is that
the promotion ends at the end of the month, and so the $50 won't be credited until a few days after the end of the month, and that this is what the c.s. had been 'led to understand' so all they'll do is pass on the complaint upwards...
Could someone please tell me how this promo therefore is actually clear of this fact, and that it isn't a weekly?
