Yeah, I received an email from Lauren of CWC informing me of the launch. However, as with all products, where is the differentiation here? Is this an alternative gaming experience compared to say Aladdinsgold or Lucky Red. It's another RTG and it's part of the CWC group but that's just about it. I believe it's high time the casino groups try to think hard on how to market their products especially new casinos.

I am not directing this solely against CWC. I actually hope other casino groups could ponder on what I have written above before launching new casinos.

I like the way the new casino looks. It also states you get a 200% bonus monthly. I long ago stopped getting bonuses from club world so I uninstalled them. This casino if done right has a huge potential to become one of my favorites.

When I opened the casino the 100% bonus was there and I opted in.

Tried a couple of times. Me too. Downloads fine. But I can't figure out why its not loading correctly. Must have some graphic card problem, however all my other casinos open perfectly.

Hi Tom, thank you for asking. I just think it would be nice to see some Real Series multi line slots without the Random Jackpot. Sometimes having a choice of smaller but more frequent wins can be more enticing than the same set up that every Real Series slots currently have. I have given up on RTG because to me it's like playing the same one slot with a different face and slight variation on the free spin/bonus rounds for some. The play can be very brutal to most players budgets as the hope of the free spins/bonus rounds, or hitting a RJ, have become like hunting snipes and players are drained, squeezed and hung out to dry time and time again.
Honestly, the majority of us players will never win a Random Jackpot, so wouldn't it be nice to allow your players a choice as to whether they want to contribute to a jackpot game or not.
Over time, before I quit playing RTG, one by one I eliminated the Real Series slots that I rarely to never seen a free spin/bonus round when spending my money. When a player can't remember what these free spins and bonus rounds are like, then something is definately wrong with the set up.
So yes, if having some multiline slots without the RJ attached to it, that gave smaller but more consistant wins to keep a player feeling like they have had a fun time playing and it was worth the money, that would certainly peek my interest in RTG again.

I can only play at the no-download version because I get the same error message and cannot download. Other RTGs download fine so CWC should try to invesitgate into what is wrong with it.

This is a screenshot of what I get when I try to open the casino. You would think they would attempt a little testing first, before releasing it. Its not like CWC is new either, you have been around the block for awhile. This seems to be a big old RED flag in my opinion, cause something is just not right here.

Downloaded it - deposited about 60$ - took the 100% bonus - had a playthrough of appr. 6.000.000.000$ or something like that...and AND

Yeah, I agree with initial observations. I won on a free 20 chip, made WR cashed out 100, but they took chip back. I never know how much to really withdraw on chips.
Anyway it was delayed because I had used a cc @ CW or some other property. Then I had to make a ver. dep. no prop. They let me know the situation right away. I sent in new cc info and was paid that morning. Haven't won again though, lol.

I couldn't get back a quater to save my life there, I uninstalled them. You are not alone in your feelings towards them, I can assure you that.

I am an old school Italian hot head, as you can tell by my foul mouth at times, 19 years younger then you Kakata but still in the same boat.

The CWG gets a nice hand for there fast payouts but the spam is getting out of control and even if you "unsubscribe" it doesnt help.

My dumbass self has depsoited about $600 at Manhattan and had nothing but horrible luck, but i didnt go off like i did with another casino, i just took my beating like a man and moved on.

Some casinos are just out to take our $$$ and others give us a fair ride.

I short I have been waiting 1.5 months for a withdrawal of 544$. I am approved customer at Club World. Still I had to submit the ID PDF formular again. They didnt even tell me that, they just canceled my withdrawal. It took me 10 days and two withdrawals to learn this.

Then there was problems with my PDF formular. They insisted to have color copies of my passport. I managed to get that and finally they were approved.

Yet they have canceled my withdrawal twice since that and Live Chat is just
tell me I have to wait, they will contact the cashier.

Anyone got any idea what is going on?

I don't know why it is so but in order to get your winnings you'd better contact CW rep here. It may take more than one attempt to get the reply though. But if your docs were fine at one casino of the group they should be fine at others as well.

Live chat confirmed all bonuses are not removed upon withdrawal.

Such a shame hearing stories like this. Online gambling is just getting worse every month, seems like. The number of casinos I play at is down to one. And if I have problems with that one, I have decided to go back to weekends at Atlantic City. Though there are casinos more close, even one proposed to be built at a racetrack in Queens.

Checked 10 min ago and was told DUE TO TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES it wont go in until tommarro. Tommarro is sat and they dont do withdrawals on Sat. I just pmd Tom. Hoping he can help. CLUB world has allways been very good and quick with withdrawals so Im kinda scared as to what is going on right now.
