Malfunction, how long?

I encountered a pretty severe malfunction while playing at red32 (hitman), Ive notified the staff so they should be on top off it.
Does anyone know how long Ive should have to wait before they do something about it? Its been a couple of days now!

They will report it through to Microgaming who will test and implement any fix. In the past, bugs I reported usually got fixed in the ensuing games update except in one instance where it was fixed 3 days later (quite a major bug on Mega Moolah though!).

It's not the "green bonus duplicate award" bug is it?
 
Yes it is! But the thing is that whatever I do (restart, reboot, reinstall and so on) the game wont reinitialize. It just looks like the image below. So I cant play hitman anymore.

I guess I can kiss any remaining winnings goodbye from that session!

Very odd. I have found closing the casino and going back in sorts it out. An alternative you could try is going into the Flash version of the casino and doing something from there just to recover the money.
 
Indeed it is, I got the money up to the point of the second green bonus so Im waiting for a green bonus round and 12 or so free spins, but I doubt I will get them. Its so weird all the other games works just fine.

This is very odd:confused:

The inability to get past this error looks like the bug is on the casino server, rather than as is normally the case, the client Viper lobby.

One possible other thing to try is to uninstall and wipe the 32Red registry keys completely before reinstalling. Another thing to try if possible is to install onto another PC and re-enter Hitman to see if it has cleared there. These tests will either fix the problem, or tell MG this is far more serious an issue than they thought. Getting the green bonus twice in the free spins is quite rare, so the number of times this has been reported indicates this bug always happens on the second green bonus.

The unfinished game will not be lost, even if it takes all month to fix this, it will be held on the server, and you will eventually be able to complete the bonus round, and the remaining 12 spins. Any money paid out so far in this free spin round has already been added to your bankroll (as you seem to have discovered).
 
I have had this happen to me now and again but on different slots. Not often but enough to be annoying and enough to know that the only way to fix this is to uninstall and reinstall the casino software and as VWM indicated possibly removing all reg edits. generaly i tind tho that a clean install although annoying will fix the problem.
 
I did as you suggested and removed all traces of 32red from the computer and then did a new install... still no change!

I guess Ive have to sit back and relax until they fixed it.
